Hey guys. I’m an Acro Teacher myself and I agree with everyone commenting about these not being beginner moves. Fine if you successfully teach them to some students after several days of practice (most likely not everyone will be able to base and fly all of it after that) but especially the first move is super risky and putting it on KZread as beginner flow makes people want to try without knowing about spotting whatsoever. Please take responsibility and don’t make false promises. Otherwise I obviously love the elegance of the flow. Looks lovely!

Hi Nathalie, sorry to disagree but none of the moves you see are dangerous if approached correctly. The fact you would not be comfortable teaching them to beginners does not mean it's not possible, you just have to learn how. As said we teach them regularly to total beginner with incredibile success, and they all learn it in 7 days intensive, sometimes with some modifications in a couple of parts, but in 4 years nobody ever got injured, so don't spread panic please 😄

Wow even includes a suicide whip. Every beginner flow should have that.

This title is such a clickbait - people see it, comment "no way it's for beginners" so these guys can advertise their services in the comment claiming that anyone can do it after attending their amazing retreats.

We understand your frustration, but the reality is that we actually teach successfully this and other flows to total beginners at our Retreats worldwide 😉 and there are many videos where you can see our students performing them after only 5 days with us even if they never tried Acroyoga before. Maybe it's time for you to come to one of our events and open your eyes and mind 😊

@@AcroYogaSanctuary it's beautiful and graceful work, no doubt. very nicely done and beautifully filmed. I'm sure you could could teach at least part of it to beginner level people in a weekend or 5 day retreat (ie. people who don't already have Acro experience). but for the average person just surfing youtube watching this, I think the title is still a bit, eh, how to put it -- "optimistic." still dig it tho. om swastiastu.

I agree with some previous comments - wouldn’t say it’s a beginner’s flow. I’ve been practicing acroyoga over a year now with a teacher and by myself and wouldn’t call myself a beginner anymore. But trying it out today I realized that some of the poses are quite difficult to learn without a teacher and a spotter. Doable but not like 1-2-3. Other than that - interesting and pretty flow!
