It must feel so invigorating knowing that is happening every few seconds on your wrist. Omega really did a wonderful job. At first I dismissed this watch. But after seeing the true-to-form dial like my 2531, I think this is a much more special modern version than the NTTD. And the caseback holo is icing on the cake.

Great video David! Awesome to see Omega acknowledging the origins of the Seamaster’s debut in Goldeneye with the design features like the wave dial.

Absolutely stunning watch. I love the subtle nod with the 60 designation on the bezel rather than a lumed plot. And the back is amazing, don’t think I would tire watching that! It’s a hidden gem thst only you can see when you want. I’d love to add this one to my collection 👌

A beautiful watch. I have a Seamaster Chronograph and feel like Bond when I'm wearing it. This special edition is a perfect creation to celebrate 60 years of Bond. After certain rumours, I just hope that we still have a franchise going forward.

Another great video, I have been on the fence with this watch as I have the NTTD version and while the Milanese bracelet is absolutely beautiful, it’s been slightly uncomfortable to wear and has the infamous gap coming through when wearing as I have a smaller wrist. Your video has sold me on this and I have been in contact with Omega and they will kindly swap the bracelet to a shorter size when the watch becomes available to me. Now it’s a matter of when I get the call. You have once again been a successful enabler.

I thought the same thing. Almost all KZreadrs have been against in-your-face 007 markings anywhere on the hands or the dial. That must have had an effect on the Omega hierarchy.

As a very young adult, when Golden Eye came out ,It was love at first sight when that beautiful shiny Blue Omega Seamaster made its debut 💙!Funny enough, my first Omega was a Speedmaster, then came the Seamaster, But anyway ,the 60th Anniversary Bond Omega has given me that same feeling as the first time my eyes locked on to that Seamaster so many years ago. BTW has anyone wondered what the watches from the movies most violent scenes must look like afterwards?For instance the fight scene on the train from Specter!If You keep you're eyes on Bonds left wrist that watch gets a serious beating!!Just wondering if I'm the only one who has thought about that?Great Video as usual!!Boston USA...

I’ll never be able to afford that or even the NTTD but great to see the connection of Bond and Omega. I will stick with my GoldenEye quartz and be happy with that connection to the history. Thanks for the video. Really liked your tour of the Bond watches at the boutique.

I have a goldeneye quartz. I have had it since early 2005. It is still precious to me.

Congrats on the omega. It’s very nice. Gonna stick goldeneye on now as made feel nostalgic for the era. I have my blue Casio duro diver, no omega but has a bond vibe.

It’s a shame it says 007 on the back, a little cheese. The original PO was by far the best iteration of the Seamaster.

The back is the best part of this watch. I have never been a fan of “James Bond” releases by Omega(I bought a SMP new back in the late 90’s which is the first real Omega James Bond watch which I still have)but in this case the whole opening scene on the back is cool.

Undoubtedly beautiful… I think it takes away from the NTTD watch though. NTTD I have and it’s way cooler in my opinion. They essentially used the same strap and the face is pretty typical of ‘everyday’ Omegas.

Great review! Right now I am trying to decide between the No Time To Die Seamaster and the 60th anniversary one. I have the original Golden Eye, so I am wondering if the 60th anniversary is different enough. That watch back scene might put it over the top for me though.

I think the white dots are the gun barrel sequence (not Dr No specific). Did you get to see the other variant that cost an arm and a leg? Great watch, thanks for the behind the scenes walk through.

Hey David, thank you for sharing your passing about Bond universe and watches, it was really fun to see those time pieces that i consider as master pieces. When you made the video about the fonctional aston martin DB5, I tought it would be fun to talk about bond watches with fonctional gadgets or at least watches that have bond watches features, i say this with in mind the World is not enough OMEGA Seamaster Diver 300M with the LED lighting, Isaw a watch with similar features its the MTM Special Ops-Gray Falcon watch. Congratulations David,wear it in good health,I just recently bought myself a new 43.5 planet Ocean with the rubber insert on the bezel I love the planet Ocean line there's soooo many in different colour ways there like g shocks for rich people,but here's my question to you, when bond receives his watch in spectre and asks does it do anything? It suggests that bond has had watches in the past that have had a gadget feature , that we the audience never saw used on-screen cause let's be honest,if bond wasn't strapped to the chair in spectre he wouldn't have needed to use it so let's say from casino, quantum and Skyfall,what imaginary gadget feature would you give his watches?, anyway enjoy your watch and have a lovely evening.

I love this watch yet I still ask myself, is it really worth 40% more than a standard Seamaster?

Great watch. Can I ask what Omega does for female fans? Is Daniel interested in owning a version of that watch.

Very enjoyable and entertaining David. However I have always been of the opinion that James Bond is Rolex Submariner and Rolex Submariner is James Bond.

NTTD or 60th?

60th Anniversary Omega watch looks a lot like a Rolex Submariner.

Nice watch but this can not surpass the true bond and seamaster king that is the titanium tropical edition,you did a side to side in the video and I’m sure the wrist piece catch all the glares.

Question David…. NTTD was my first every ‘luxury’ watch I’ve ever bought. If I was to invest in one other ‘bond’ watch what would you recommend? Spectre I’m thinking, but prices rising.

Picked up a spectre watch the other day unworn mint condition and it cost me double the retail price which I thought was a bargain considering some prices I’ve seen. love it thou and glad I pulled the trigger. Between eBay and Chrono24 there was only 2 available in the U.K. and one was mint and the other worn. I had contacted some big second hand dealers and they didn’t have one or couldnt get hold one either.
