Organic food, organic makeup, organic everything...I cannot wrap my head around how people can afford this nowadays…the prices on everything are just beyond my understanding…even regular non organic food is so expensive…i just saw a small half a pound pack of stewing beef for $40. Who else is going crazy thinking about this???

Yes, it bothers me when people say healthy eating is affordable. No it isn't. At my poorest I could only afford rice & beans. Not the worst diet, but far from ideal. I'm eating Brian Johnson's Super Veggie & Nutty Pudding now. Nuts are so expensive.

This was an excellent, informative detailed podcast. Very knowledgeable guests on the topic and great suggestions to help with skin issues. Luckily, l never had any issues with acne when in my teens, even to this day in my older years. I've had pretty healthy skin and even more so since l swiiched to a whole food plant based diet 7 years ago. My belief is what you put inside your body is reflected on the outside. Well done Mari. Keep up the great work!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved this conversation. Question about the Clearstem products. Is it made with fetal stem cell or plant stem cells? I just want to use ethic products. Thank you!

I was recently in Japan for 2 weeks & left during a horrible acne breakout. My skin cleared up in those 2 weeks of eating predominantly bread & sugar (veg food was harder to find) & I wore makeup every day- more frequently than when I'm home. I get home & have a mass breakout within 2 days. The only factors I can identify the breakout with are stress levels & hard (home) vs soft (japan) water.

Hi Mila, the same happens to me!! I go on holiday, eat sugar and gluten all the time and nothing happens. After 1 or 2 days back in London, I get breakouts! After two years of this, I came to the same conclusion as you. My naturopath recommended me to do a list, and she said that must be an environment issue, usually mould, or could be stress related. I never believed it was stress because I don’t feel that I am a stressed person, so I easily discarded the option. Mould is also tricky because when I go on holiday to my mums house next to the sea, I don’t get breakouts although there is lots of mould in the area! When I am on holiday I noticed that I eat more often and have snacks, so this might be something good to regulate blood sugar. Also, in London water is too hard. I bought a shower filter and let me see if this helps. And I now truly believe that stress can be a reason, as stress has many forms.

Ok…. They mention a lot of people testing highly for heavy metals. Then recommend PRIIA cosmetics. The first ingredient in the mineral SPF is ALUMINUM. 🤦🏼‍♀️
