the question, a substance with ph 12.1 needs to decrease its ph , i did it right though , because i had did it earlier in your former session but i had commented on that video to and on this i doing the same regarding , if we will add water to base orr acid so not it will be exothermic rxn . as strong base or acid when water is added is is highly exothermic na .... ???????????
