Since u hv talked about the spinchter too much . So the main cause is losening of it . Doctors never talk about the methods or exercises to tighten the spinchter . Please throw light on that

Acid Reflux Khatarnak Bemari nahi hai, par iska elaj zarori hai, me karachi se ho, aur ye masla mjhe 3 mahine se ziyada hogaya hai hoty howe, mene khud diet change ki hai apni, aur dawa bhi sath kha raha hu, mjhe 75% relef hai isme, 1 - rat ka khana har surat 7 baje tak khana hai aur halki diet leni hai, 2 - subha ka nashta heavy kry aur phir din me thora kam aur rat me us se kam khaie, 3 - walk lazmi kary, aur takhiya oncha rakh kar soie rat ko, ye bemari taqriban 5/6 mahine medican par aur taqriban 10/12 mahine diet karne se hi jati hai, ye nahi samjhe ke 2 mahine diet karlia to thek kiyo nahi ho rha , ek sal ka diet plan banaie, phir dekhe, aur dawa ke sath sath, ye bemari thora time leti hai, pareshan nahi ho ap log
