சாதிக்க துடிக்கும் இளைஞர்கள் உங்களுக்காக வாழ்க்கையில் பல சாதனைகளை தன்வசமாக்கி பயணித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கும் வெற்றியாளர்களை சந்தித்து அவர்களின் அனுபவங்களை ஆலோசனைகளை Geethasamy publishers தொகுத்து வழங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் இந்தத் தொடரின் இன்றைய பதிவில் பங்கு பெறுபவர் Indian Forest Service (IFS) எனப்படும் இந்திய வனப் பணியில் தனது கல்லூரியில் இருந்து முதன் முதலில் 1994ஆம் ஆண்டில் வெற்றியடைந்தது மட்டுமல்லாது ஒரே கல்லூரியில் இருந்து 150க்கும் மேற்பட்ட IFS அதிகாரிகள் உருவாக வித்திட்டவர் திரு அன்வர்தீன் அவர்கள்.
திருவண்ணாமலை மாவட்டத்தில் பிறந்த இவர் மேட்டுப்பாளையம் வனக்கல்லூரியில் பிஎஸ்சி பாரஸ்ட்டரி பட்டப்படிப்பை முடித்தார். ICAR நடத்திய JRF தேர்வில் தேசிய அளவில் முதல் இடத்தைப் பிடித்தவர்.
1994 ஆம் ஆண்டு இந்திய வனப் பணியில் சேர்ந்து பல சாதனைகளை படைத்துள்ளார். தான் வேலை பார்த்த கன்னியாகுமரி மாவட்டம், கோயம்புத்தூர் மண்டலம், திருச்சி, சத்தியமங்கலம் புலிகள் சரணாலயம், களக்காடு முண்டந்துறை புலிகள் சரணாலயம், என எல்லா இடத்திலும் தனக்கென தனி முத்திரை பதித்தவர். தற்போது கோவை மண்டலத்தில் கூடுதல் முதன்மை வனத்துறை பாதுகாவலராகவும், ஆனைமலை புலிகள் புலிகள் சரணாலயத்தின் கள இயக்குனராகவும் பணிபுரிந்து வருகிறார். அவர் தம் அன்பவத்தை நம்மோடு பகிர்ந்து கொள்கிறார்.

Thiru. I. Anwardeen, IFS., First person to enter into Indian Forest Service (IFS) from Mettupalayam Forest College. To this date, 150 Officers are in IFS from one college i.e. Forestry College and Research Institute, Mettupalayam.
Born in Thiruvannamalai District and got his Higher Secondary Education from Don Bosco, Tirupatur. Got his basic degree from TNAU/Forest College and Research Institute. Secured National First Rank Holder in ICAR JRF in the year 1991. Entered into IFS in the year 1994. He has many feathers to add to his cap as a Forest Service Officer like Longest served an officer in Kanyakumari Forest Division for 7 years. Removal of encroachment of 2,000 acres, Anna award CM award given in 2006, Identified Suchindram Therroor Conservation Reserve and send the first-ever proposal for bringing under Wildlife Protection Act, First, ever bird survey in Forest Areas of Tamil Nadu was carried out, Udaygiri Fort Eco-Tourism was setup and Maruthavamalai area about 300 Ha was declared as Forests.
As District Forest Officer in Coimbatore, he made the following, Tamil Nadu 1st Forest Eco-Tourism venture was established in Baralikaadu, Kovaikutralam ecotourism development project was undertaken, and 30 Tribal settlements electrified, First Division level floral survey and first butterfly survey was undertaken in Coimbatore Division, and Specialized human-elephant conflict and developed Antidepredation Networks and farmer inclusive conflict resolution approaches for 1st in this State.

Architect of the largest open-door butterfly conservatory in the world country in Srirangam
Established Eco-tourism activities in Pachamalai Hills.
First Field Director of Sathayamangalam Tiger Reserve
Implemented successful elephant conflict mitigation in Gudalur.
Designed and implemented Project Kaliru on human dimensions of elephant conflict.
Introduced vehicle safari in eco-tourism for 1st time in Sathayamangalam Tiger Reserve.
Architect of Tribal living museum project in Sathayamangalam Tiger Reserve.
Formed Project Kayal, India's first freshwater fishes interpretation center
Developed kurumbapatty zoo

Truly inspiring. The clarity on the journey, enjoying the journey than the end which will eventually come. Honest reflection of yourself and relating to the motivation of present generation youngsters to dream, to work hard on the goal, to have dynamic role models.... amazing work done in the service with total involvement, importance of being the leader than commander, expressing the work ahead to the team and taking them along in the journey etc etc are the treat to listen.
