Compound sights: can you adjust 2nd and 3rd axis for 3D shooting?

All AXCEL Sights are 2nd and 3rd axis adjustable.

What about 1st axis??
Does the sight come with some form of a case, or is it just a plastic package like the other Axcel sights

The compound model comes in a hard, plastic case and the recurve comes in a soft, fabric case.
