    Pranam Acharya Ji, 🙏🙏🙏. Main points are: Don't ask for cosmetic treatment, hit at the ROOT itself. Pain serves an important purpose. Do not treat pain with wisdomless treatment of meditation or relaxation. Massage parlor is more honorable than Meditation center. Another Myth buster...

    Acharya ji, When we hv too much of physical work, our brain gets heated and want some good relaxation immediately to avoid temporary brain issues( not feeling or mental issues but purely brain) and move on to next work...in this scenarios we do see temporary relaxation via deep breadth...similarly many brain related and other body parts(lung etc) related issues are being addressed with meditation?.. so should we add it to Ayurveda technique rather than Yogic technique?.... Kindly suggest

    If you say my mind is tired ,why are you living such a life which makes your mind tired,my throat is indeed tired ,but my mind is always fresh ,body aches terribly ,mind is alert ,watchful and seated always
