Achari Dahi Bhindi is a very famous Punjabi dish made with Indian spices. Achari Dahi Bhindi is simple and easy to make. Achari Bhindi is delicious when paired with Emami Healthy & Tasty Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil. ‘Achari’ means pickling which is made using a mix of spices. So, we are using pickle masala in this recipe which makes this dish flavorful and unique.

Ingredients
For Achari Masala
1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Onion Seeds
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
2 tbsp Coriander Powder
Salt
500 gms Lady Finger
3 tbsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil
Method: Let's start with grinding for Achari masala for which add Mustard Seeds in the Grinder with Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Black Salt, Onion Seeds, Chaat Masala, Fenugreek Seeds, Asafoetida, Coriander Powder.
Grind the mix into a coarse powder, then transfer it into a larger bowl to which add Salt and mix it properly. Now keep the masala aside then start removing the crowns of the Bhindi (as shown in the video)
Next, start stuffing the Masala in the Bhindi then cook the same in the Wok heating the Mustard Oil on high flame.
Now Stir fry the stuffed bhindi till the bhindi is crisp and golden in colour. In Midway lower the flame and stir it again.
Now your Achari Bhindi is ready to serve.

Good recipe
Made for lunch. Just amazingly fragrant and yummy! Went through many videos of the same recipe and strangely, the recipe for achar masala is shown only here. My bhindis were not fresh so couldn't slit them to stuff, so simply cut them in medium sized pieces and rolled in the masala. Thanks for sharing.

Semillas de cilantro , semilla de mostaza semilla de fenegreco , semilla de cómino, cúrcuma en polvo, semillas de hinojo, ají rijp en polvo, semilla de cebolla, mango en polvo, sal negra. Ademas agregó chaat massala pero no tengo idea cómo se llama en español. Hay que llenar las orcas y ponte a freírlas. Qué disfrute! 🤤
