Salted fish curry, that’s the first time I heard about salted fish curry. Yum! Fried ikan tenggiri! Super yum! Whoa deep fried bitter melon, never tried it being deep fried before. This place is so exciting! Love to visit it one day 👍🏻

Mango Lasi is totally something I would enjoy. Holy cow, didn’t realize that there was so many different curry. All of this looks so good.

Great to see a lot of places opening up. The banana leaves is a great touch. Sweet and salty is my favorite. Sometimes I miss the veggies also 😂

Crab curry is the best kind of curry 😀

This restaurant serves a full vegetarian choice - onion curry, dhal and lots and lots of delicious vegetable dishes to go with it. Glad to finally be out again!

Self service is nice. Look at all that food. That crab curry looks very good indeed and I bet is amazing with fluffy rice. Less people on a table, more space for food. Hahaha

Fried tenggiri fish and mutton curry - great choices! Those have been our go-to sides for banana leaf rice here too

Crab curry looks really good! It’s pretty good they got tons of choices of sauces there! Especially with rice! Yum! The mutton looks really good, I think that’s my kind of food! Puri’s hair is massive lol! 👍🏼🤣😘😜

As much as you can eat curry sauce and veggies?? so generous of them! another new thing for us is salted fish in curry and crab curry, but could imagine they're taste amazing! love rice put on banana leaf, banana leaf is really expensive in here :(

Oh no! Banana leaf is quite common here. Those two curries are rare, i think we've only see them here in this restaurant

Onion curry sounds so good too. That crispy fish has my name all over it. We've never had bitter gourds. I bet is a nice contrast with the curry. Would love to try this place. :-)

Mango Lassi is our FAV! fried bitter gourd, wow never tried this veggie, we love bitterness but not too bitter, would it taste similar like bittermelon? haha so curious...

Yes very similar to the bitter melon. Probably the only difference is the texture

Not really so salty. The meat is a little sweet

Malaysia is certainly a food paradise (better than even over-rated Thailand!) where you can eat food from many cuisines of the world, and they are reasonably priced too. A local meal here, whether Sarawakian, Sabahan, Malay, Indian, Chinese, Portuguese, Serani etc.will not leave a big hole in your pocket! Banana leaf rice of the Tamil community here is “food of the gods” reputed to have a lot of prophylactic effects on the health due to the many spices & herbs used in the cooking which are replete with anti-oxidant & anti-carcinogenic properties! So, if you are a gastronome - or with pretensions of being one - take the next flight from wherever you are and head for the shores of beautiful multi-cultural & multi-lingual Malaysia!

The deep fried sides looks so good with the curries. They have so many many choices . I wanna try the salted egg one. I Never imagine salted egg can be made with curry. I wanna try making it myself since I am tooo far from there 😄 Amazing Platter n spread . Deliciousness 💯👍

Woops, it's actually the salted fish curry. We got mixed up (forgot to correct it). We're now in the recovery state. Much less restrictions now, but we're still required to practice social distancing
