Acer | Iskall Plays Minecraft FTB #14 - Automated Lapis Lazuli Farm

Ойындар

Lapis Lazuli goes quick when using Tinkers Construct tools, but not to worry, I found a way we can make a fully automated lapis lazuli farm so let's do that. Also we need to fix the remote control for the ME system through logistics pipes so that we can request the Jetpack while on the road out exploring.

I just started playing modsauce last year whish has FTB in it. Instead of using sheep, I am using blue dye which can be harvested from flowers (I am using the botania flowers). All flowers that are not blue, I am making into fertilizer to grow more flowers. It is a little more involved (requires a bone meal source) but all lapis produced is useable, I increased the pulverizer secondary output using the augmentations. Auto workbench or auto crafters can turn the string back into wool so minimal sheep are required after the initial setup. the whole operation is using solar panels to negate the power loss due to all the machines needed.

isn't this much more easily set up as a positive feedback loop if you use autocrafting? Seed it with 64 blue wool. Pulverize it to 256 string and ~16 lapis. Recraft the string into wool (2x2 recipe) and dye it blue (8 at a time, 8 wool in a ring around a lapis) consuming 8 lapis and yielding your 64 blue wool again, but now you have ~8 lapis left over. Let the cycle loop with however much wool and lapis it takes to keep your system saturated. It will produce a surplus of lapis. No sheep required. Basically just an RF to lapis converter system.

if you put 64 blue wool into a pulverizer, you can expect to get 256 string and some amount of lapis > 8. Using exactly 8 lapis, you can craft 256 string back into 64 blue wool, so any left over lapis is pure profit (look at it as converting RF into lapis)
