all of these tutorials don't work for me I follow them and it brings me back to the " no bootable device - insert disk and press any key" like all of a sudden I was playing a game and then I turned off the computer properly and then when I came back to turn it back on like 5 hours later it showed the "No bootable device " like I think I have to get my computer rebooted.

Thank you for the solution.. it really saved me from getting bitted ( you know how mothers are).. But I want to mention that I didn't have to go to bios.. once I powered on the laptop and pressed FN+F2.. computer automatically booted.. not sure if that a normal behaviour..

It works everytime

It partially worked but now I'm stuck with a black screen with message of about 6 lines telling the soppyright, patents realtek pci GBE, exiting pce rom and finally insert boot disc and press any key. All the parts are inside yet it does not work.

Ok, go to the bios settings again and tap on the last tab. There is an option of reset to default, click on it and press f10 and then enter. Hope this will work for you.

Bro after saving to Legacy mode laptop on but after shuting down It again set to UEF1 mode by defult and shows no bootable device. So i always have to manually set to Legacy by clicking f2 whenever i start laptop please help!

I cannot see option to select boot option from UEFI to Legacy, arrows keys are not moving anything ok book menu.
