ALTERNATE FIX: Go to BIOS > Main. Do this key combination: CTRL+S. Then you will this setting "VMD Controller". Disable it. Now your HDD/SSD should pop up!

will it work on Aspire 5 A515-43-R19L even tho it have amd rysen 3 an not a intel chip

It didn't work, the list of drivers only shows up when I uncheck "hide drivers that aren't compatible". And even if i try to install them regardless, it goes back to black page asking to load a driver.
