I have been researching on what test prep program would be the best for me to pass Real Estate licensing exam in Texas. This video has been very helpful for me in making a good decision... I watch other videos on KZread also about helping me in making the best decision for this, but this video hit on things I was really looking for that were not covered in other videos. those individual state laws and requirements must make it harder for them to fill out the states, at least when you compare to Kaplan and they have the size (and funding) to get to a larger coverage. That being said, this seems well setup for a self learner, yet if you wanted more physical materials or the options to interact with your tutor(s) the smaller coverage they can offer then hurts their appeal.

since i have already taken all of the required courses i would be doing aceable strictly for the study material and pdfs and practice exams. so, after signing up for the course will i be able to go directly to the study material? or do i have to finish all course work before having access to these?

Unfortunately you do have to go through all of the courses before gaining access to the study material. If your looking for just study matieral I highly recommend agentprep which is actually by aceable agent and is made for practice and study! you can also find agent prep videos on youtube!

Aceable Agent sounds good, based on your description. While I can't speak for everyone, the no live class option is not necessarily a downside if you have a full-time job or other responsibilities and are looking to start down a new path. Time conflicts are a pain.

I took the FL and found the course soooo annoying. The “AI” used the same lame jokes and humour every chapter. But the worst were the videos where “Chad” and “Matt” would talk and no lie these guys looked like a couple guys from NJ that just got off a coke infused night. Finally, lots of the language seemed to be highly suggestive in ways to act and think that in zero way convey the real world or realistic expectations. Overall 3/5 as the platform does force you to be engaged, but while many say its hard. You could legit skip most of the content and go right for the exam if there wasn’t the time requirement if you have any amount of common sense. Which in reality most people don’t.
