Ace Of Base , was also my favorite band. They were ahead of their time. It wasn't the same when Lin left group.

@Mr.Reckless They weren't ahead of their time, they were exactly where they needed to be. The only reason you say it was ahead of their time was because today's music is trash.
This is what real music is supposed to sound like. I'm proud to be a part of the 90's era.

It's a fun remake, but no, it really doesn't sound fresh today.
Gorgeous! Perfect version! Ace Of Base Forever, damn It! Too bad that Linn was having a really hard time back then. We can see her suffering... Still, great video. We miss you, guys!

Espléndida época!! Tvia no llegaba la reguemierda. Esta canción es una reversión. La original era de "Bananarama" en los 80s. Se la puede escuchar en la película de "Karate Kid" de fondo. 🇦🇷

Eu tinha 15 anos em 98, mas só me lembrava da versão original da banda Bananarama que tocou no primeiro Karate Kid de 1984. Mas gostei desse cover.

@Communism is evil Yup, It was a slower acoustic version and honestly, Their cover hits differently. Because it was releassed on April 2020 so basically during quarantine and this song's lyrics really held a different meaning in 2020

@@philfitnesspt6139 She sings all the backing vocals and a bit in the front with jenny.She starts the song with mmmmm.....and ahhhh...When Jenny says strange voices are saying....Linn replies....ahhhh......what did they say.And Linn whispers all the ahhhhs...in the song and she replies after jenny cruel....and cruel summer.Linn is the one who finishes the song as well whispering ''cruel summer''.

I love their last one (with Jenny and lin ) 2002 album. Such shame about lin but she wanted quiet life which is understandable

I think of this song when summer assails us here in Las Vegas. Yes, 'assail' is the right word for it. The rest of the year, the weather is perfect, but the summers are certainly cruel. Great song! This band is well named, everything about their songs is great, but it's the deep, thumping bass that defines them. Perfect songs for testing out the limits of headphones and speakers.

En este video se puede apreciar lo que ya le estaba ocurriendo a Lynn Berggren. Con esas apariciones esporadicas y en segundo plano. Hasta el dia de hoy es un misterio que le ocurrio para alejarse de esa manera de los escenarios, ella fue sin dudas una de las mejores voces que nos dio la musica.

No es un misterio, en el 96 ellos sufrieron un incidente es su residencia paterna por una fanática alemana que irrumpió violentamente en la noche buscando a Lynn, eso la marco y además su personalidad siempre fue muy tranquila e introvertida, la fama no le gustaba y decidido retirarse, pero por cuestiones contractuales con las disqueras debia seguir ahi ¿, solo se fue alejando hasta que se retito definitivamente.

@@julianandresmartinezparra1732 Si, no fue en el 96 fue en abril del 94 .eso ya lo sabia, si, tal vez me exprese mal. Me referia a que habia algo mas, cuestiones que tienen que ver con la personalidad de Lynn a tal punto que la sumio en una depresion ese hecho traumatico y que hasta el dia de hoy se mantenga en el total anonimato y que ni hasta a sus hermanos les permita hablar de ella.

Amigo, lamento romperte el globo pero Linn no cantaba nada. Escúchala en vivo cuando se presentó en Viña del Mar. Tenía miedo que todos notarán que no sabía cantar, era solo imágen, obligada a"cantar" por su hermano ya que ellos querían imitar a ABBA. El incidente no tuvo participación de Linn, la otra hermana que cantaba si sufrió agresion y siguió su vida. Si ves sus datos la hermana es Messo Soprano, Linn nada. Todas las presentaciones eran playback y cua do exigían ser en vivo Linn desapareció, querían evitar el efecto Milli Vanilli.
