a good use for VR finally

What do you mean finally have you not played wipeout,resident evil 7,rush of blood,dirt rally,super hot or farpoint? By the way this game only has a very limited vr mode nowhere near the full game.

minners71 It’s odd to have VR where your character is running around but you aren’t. Cockpit and driver seats are ideal fit. SW Battlefront has one VR flight mission. But EA should just make a full Starfighter Assault compatible with VR. Now, the problem is proper PS4 HOTAs setup.

@@zilun Fair enough but the op is still wrong with saying 'finally' as Dirt Rally is the full game in vr not a tacked on bunch of missions like ace combat. I would say eve valkyrie is better than this as well. Very surprised there hasn't been a full star wars game though as the battlefront 1 vr mission was very good.

Let's hope so. PSVR still sucks for me...... I wish it sucks then I would get worth for my money

Played it in VR mode a week ago. First time I was sick to the stomach (actually I went straight to bed). Awesome game so I didn`t give up. Next day I played it just for a few minutes at a time. Just stopt when I felt dizzie. It also helped dat I left some space between the VR head set and my nose so my brain knows that its ok;-) Now I`am king of the skies! Again, AWESOME game!

That looks amazing. I don't own VR but this is the best thing I've seen for it yet.

Developer already confirmed there is a free flight mode for VR

Great! I hope it turns out as well as it looks. Multiplayer dogfights in VR could be amazing. They still need to bring the price down quite a lot for me to consider buying one. $220 is still too much. I have 30+ full games and only one game supports VR and that's only one level. It's looking likely that this tech won't really flourish until ps5.

I don't know if you use PSVR but I do and I'm on ps4 pro and believe me, not a single PSVR game is crisp and detailed like this trailer, even when supersampled. I recorded many times using external capture card and this is not that kind of quality. This looks like an image made on pc for rift or vive. I do hope I'm wrong and the game will look like in this cause I'm buying it anyway :D

In planning to buy the game, VR set and the stick. All that will cost me more than my PlayStation itself

the game gonna come out early next year, but now is September and I've seen lots and lots of gameplay already that I can't watch it anymore bcoz i'm afraid these will spoil the game. I got it already the game looks good and fun to play, but please save some for the future. anyway its up to you, it just my opinion so u can go ahead watch all the gameplay footage and leave nothing for the actual game.

I really hope this will be compatible with the PS5 (enhanced) and PSVR2.

I think it's the gameplay that matters

so how many missions available for VR? if there is only a small amount i might not get it because i want to play as much of it in PSVR as possible, like free roam modes where you can fly around as much as you want destroying AI on different maps or admiring the scenery in a jet.

Kono said that he's yet to figure out how to present the campaign in VR environment, due to all the mid-mission cutscenes. He believes that being pulled out from the pilot seat just for a cutscene is bad for immersion.

@@haveiszalfaroqie1628I wouldn't mind it if it was set up like Zone Of The Enders The 2nd Runner. When there is a Cutscene either a cockpit, 3D fight or 2D Anime Cutscene it goes back to a 2D screen then you go straight back to the 3D cockpit. Yes pulls you out, but it's not that bad.

Can only fly two planes in VR. The F35 isnt one of them....maybe coming in dlc?

My psvr v1 broke within 20 mins of bring connected to PS4 Pro, worked perfectly on normal PS4. Becareful what you connect it to because Sony are only interested in taking your money !.

Please dont suck. This and firewall zero hour could be the reason why I purchased psvr in the first place.
