@@kamitorings even if he's gonna argue "licensing issues with the planes", the fact we still have nearly all of the American, European, and Russian planes says it all. The only licensing issue ACES had is the Panavia Tornado, which BAE refuses to give. BAE instead only wanted to give out the Typhoon, and even then ACES had to market the Typhoon as one of the game's "endgame fighters".

With this release, they have completed the SARF Squadron main numbers. EC-071 Fiona (in the Typhoon), EC-072 Erich (in the Mig-29), EC-010 Nemo (Su-37 and I guess the Su-47 too) and EC-012 Rena (Su-37)! Quite surprised they also brought some GRDF livery!

@@matthewmondragon2074 As much as I'd like to get Neucom aircraft, I think they're sticking with the aircraft that existed up to 2019 in the Strangereal timeline, seeing as they haven't made DLCs for any of the AC3 aircraft, the Fenrir, or any of the ACX original aircraft for that matter (even though theoretically they should have existed before 2019). There's always hope they'll be in the next Ace Combat game that's currently in development right now though.

@@corvus9359 well keep in mind in ACZ we can get the ADF-01 Falken(a 1998 aircraft) and X-02 Wyrvern(a 2005 aircraft), way different than the 1995 timeline

@@matthewmondragon2074 Yeah but ACZ also reused a lot of assets from AC5, which is probably the main reason they were included in the first place. AC7 has no prior game to draw assets from.

It's nice to see Ace Combat 3 get some love from their developer in the form of cosmetics for the planes

That Ace Combat 5-styled title transition was awesome!

Now this is the air combat I've been waiting for!

That rendezvous OST gave me goosebumps, never expected this great update specially with the im@s emblems.

Love the AC3 skins. Now that Project Aces merged into Bandai Namco Aces, I wonder what the studio is working on

Well, that should be obvious - aside from any further content for AC7 (which is most likely gonna stop now that the third anniversary has come and gone), they'll probably be working with ILCA at BANDAI NAMCO Aces to jump into full-force development for the next one - whatever it turns out to be.

@@FieraDevilWings No they will continue updating Ace Combat 7 until Ace Combat 8 is released but yes they will be no more DLC's for Ace Combat 7 but they still have a few skins left to add into the game since all skins that we're added are based on the emblems skins we are missing right now is Warwolf (F-22), Beast (F/A-18E, F-15S/MTD and F-14D if i remember correctly), Cacoon (Rafale M), Albireo (Su-57 and Su-47),Lancer (F-14D) and the rest of the Z.O.E. Skins + the rest of Cyclops and Strider skins but the next update that will be coming will most likely be Idolm@ster Skins.

Always love to see UPEO skins getting some representation

いきなりだけど滅茶苦茶うれしいアップデート！！！ そしてまさかのグロウスキン追加ｗ

3は父親とやったタイトルだから楽しみ…ってもう来とるやんけ！？ スキンだけでも別の機体並みにテンション上がる

あと、待ってました！ ウォードックスキンのF-14！

ゼネラルとUPEOのスキンがかなり揃ってきた。企業間戦争の時代が着実に近づいている…

Seeing the Shining Wing Rafale M skin that is giving me hope that we will see other versions of those skins coming to Ace Combat 7 skins such as F-14D "Jungle Wing", F-22 "Indigo Wing", A-10C "Flamingo Wing" and Su-33 "Crimson Wing" (My personal Favourite) which these we're only seen in Ace Combat 6 as a DLC set.

I hope the focus on completing our AC3 skin set indicates where PA is looking to take the series. I want remakes of the Holy Trinity as much as the next guy, but Ace Combat 3 is the game that needs the most justice by far.

All these AC3 skins are making me think we might maybe possibly finally be getting that long awaited remake.

It’s a very happy day today; I’m very glad that Ace Combat 3 is getting more and more love and attention

Most game companies: *patching glitches regardless of how rad they are* Bandai Namco/Project Aces: *gives 3-4 planes a skin modeled after a glitch* Also, wow, the AC5 transition was so well done. Man, Ace Combat is still going strong.

Always has been? They've always had official access to Northrop Grumman planes even back in PS2 days. The only thing changed is the updated logo in the credits.

@@TheRibbonRed yes I know they always have the license from Northrop Grumman even from the PS2 days. But why display it just now? why not also display the other aerospace corporations logo like Lockheed, Boeing, etc? is it just because the end creds showing the new skin for tomcat and super tomcat (which licenses held by Northrop Grumman)? I mean even in the TG: M promotional vid, which introduce the F-14A or the first time in AC7 (which imo more important than just introducing skins for said aircraft like in this vid), they don't have Northrop Grumman logo on the end-screen. Or in Cutting-edge Aircraft Series dlc, they also don't show Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Mitsubishi (for the F-2 SK) or Boeing (for the F/A-18F block III) logo in the end-screen. And why in this video they don't also show the logo of lockheed martin, boeing, eurofighter typhoon, dassault, SAAB, even though they aircrafts are included in this vid and ofc PA has the licenses to include their aircraft. I think the inclusion of the Northrop Grumman logo on this vid's creds means Northrop Grumman isn't just licensor (like those other corporations) but also partner of PA now. But still I'm not 100% sure, let's see if the next promotional vid has Northrop Grumman's logo or not (especially if the vid doesn't contain any Northrop Grumman licensed aircraft)

@@KartikoKurnianto "is it just because they're showing new skins for Tomcat?" That's literally it. "what about Top Gun Maverick DLC?" They're promoting partnership with Paramount Pictures first. Paramount has direct licenses with Northrop Grumman, and AC7 credits have shown Northrop Grumman rights from Day 1. No need to show it off. I think you're just surprised they displayed the new logo. Check the game credits' copyright © even in older videos, NG has always been there in writing. If anything, them displaying the logo might instead be a new NG policy instead of a new status in partnership.

@@TheRibbonRed about the par 3 that seems unfair to the other manufacturer. I mean even in game opening sequence shows logo of the other corps like boeing, dassault, LM, etc. But still like I said at the end of my comment, let's see it on the next promotional video. If the the video doesn't include any NG licensed aircraft but the logo still being shown, maybe it can mean something. But if not, that means your par 1 is true which is still fine by me ;)

@@KartikoKurnianto other manufacturers probably don't mind, since they've been credited in the previous DLCs ( "Next Gen Aircraft" & "Prototype Aircraft") before, also in the main game's trailers. We shall see indeed. I got a hunch this could be a policy thing, seeing how active these manufacturers' social media nowadays. If this is true, I don't mind. I prefer this than British Aerospace's "Tornado or Typhoon, you only get to pick one" approach to licensing.

Since we've received a lot of AC3-Themed skins appropriately for 7's 3rd anniversary, it makes me wonder what we could get on the 4th, 5th, and maybe 6th anniversaries (if we ever reach that point).

Unfortunately I don't think we're going to get the X-49 or any of the Neucom fighters; I remember reading somewhere that the devs aren't planning on adding any planes past the game's timeline, which would even exclude the Fenrir. Here's hoping that isn't the case though, I'd love to get the X-49 someday.

The UPEO skin for the MiG-29 is Erich Jager's number. He is Jaeger's son. Using that skin in the Shilage mission is hilarious.
