@@ondiiina Apparently, it's very common for voice actors to fool around in the booth (especially when they're just testing the mic). A lot of anime production companies just smack it onto the DVD for a blooper reel/extra features.

Phoenix's voice was so familiar I just spent 3 and a half minutes in complete frustration before I realized that's the same VA that voiced America in Hetalia
