How many rubber bands did you use for the catapult? Trying to test perfect amount of them and running into problems. 1 on each side will snap slowly, and if I put too many the triball goes flying.

if we load into the catapult directly, it has a high arc, if we place it on the delrin that says WNA? the standoffs on the catapult will act as a puncher and give it a low arc

what is your specifications? Just asking

The arc depends on where we place the Triball when match loading.

@@landonvo3098we are able to either place the match load into the catapult where it will shoot with high arc or on top of the catapult tower where it is “slapped” with 2 standoffs that are on our catapult arm in order to achieve a lower arc.

It makes scoring the triballs alot smoother and more consistent and it is also for the flat surface with the wings

we have buttons to control the wings on the controller if that's what you're asking, there are 2 dual acting pneumatics that move the wings and they are independently controlled so we can move both or just one if we want

yes we have a ratchet and we use a rotation sensor to know the angle it's at

it is 24 on the motor shaft to 72 on the cata arm

Nice robot! However for your guys' intake, I would switch to flex wheels instead of rubber bands as with rubber bands its really easy for them to get tangled with other robots and break.

Flex wheels are really heavy you can just cover the bands with a anti slip mat.

nope, our wings fold out and create a flat surface on the front, pushing with flat surfaces is not considered possession because the triballs don't turn with your robot so you can push as many as you want
