Every single song on this list brings back some memory of my life long ago. From my early teenage years, up to my early 30's. Some memories are very good ones, but most are of the years of emotional and physical pain of addiction, the lonley feeling of isolation and dispare of depression. Without music, i could not have made this journey to sobriety and healing. Every song on here has meaning to me in someway or another.
