You have yet to educate yourself to a higher level and learn the difference in meaning between POLICE (ALL CAPS) and police / Police. The difference in meaning is well beyond your level of education and understanding of the English language. You don't even know how many types of English there are - because you never learned it and failed to educate YOURSELF - Thus you remain in Ignore-ance And don't attempt to guess how many types of English there are - as your guess will be incorrect. You either know it or you don't. Shame on you Shanus for failing to educate yourself. Undertake an extensive reading program to correct your failings. You can do it IF you are not mentally lazy.

This case is new to me and not finding too much info on it.. Am I correct in that he was robbed by unknown persons, at a later time shot who he believed to be the suspects, turns out they were wrong people?? Why was 1st case a mistrial?

The first case was a mistrial because 2 jurors voted not-guilty.

He would have been indicted if he sought them out, as he should have. If he'd shot them during the robbery and it was proven his life was in danger then yes a jury wouldn't have indicted him. You can't go out and hunt for the people who robbed you, that's the police's job.

This is weird in a sense but I'm a bit confused about the situation about this case I'm new to hearing about it. I'm concerned about those missing tourists again in Matamoros Mexico yes another situation there of missing tourists from the USA and possibly from other countries that have gone missing and kidnapped,🤦🏻‍♀️😢🙏😱 of course another cover up between the two countries.

The case is largely circumstantial but the real clincher is that Keetley and the shooter both were asking about Kreeper. That's too large of a coincidence. If there's also multiple people who can testify to seeing Keetley firing a gun after his injury, that eliminates his only real defense. I don't blame him for taking matters into his own hands since police can't solve sheit most of the time, it's just too bad he got the wrong guys.
