Never been this excited to watch a video! Nischa, just wanted to thank you for an amazing year with you! I have savoured every minute of your videos and to say I’m financially better is an understatement! Thanks for sharing your knowledge. We see the heart you put into making these videos 🤍

SO glad to read this - thank you, Roseline!
I will remember the year 2023 as the year I have actually did the "unthinkable" for me - started my own channel and posting videos after years of selfdoubt. And not a small contribution have the new mentors I chose for myself - Nischa being one of them. Thank you for everything you have done for me personally this year, the words of encouragement, support, not to mention the valuable information you provide. I wish to you and anyone who sees this - may 2024 be one of the best ones yet, filled with pure joy, fulfillment and moments to remember!
Yes. As the year draws to an end, I would like to thank you for all your videos, even those dating from way back. You’ve shed light on things I would have no idea about. I feel I’m becoming more financially savvy because of you. I wish you a happy new year!! :D
Your content and the way you deliver is unmatched. Really excited to see what’s next from your channel!
The amount of amazing financial and overall success advice you provide in your posted videos is unmeasurable - and I love it!!! :) Thank you!
Finding your channel has completely changed the way I look at money and given me a structure to make the changes I needed, but never knew where to start. Have been using your budget planner since Oct and can honestly say I have never felt more in control of my finance’s. The percentage breakdown is brilliant and with a few changes to my spending habits I feel so much better. Looking forward to 2024, keep up the great work Nischa.
Thank you so much Nischa!!! All your great content has been highly impactful. Happy New Year in Advance
Oohhh ... This was a nice summarized way to put things together. Short, concise with all the essentials wrapped together. Thanks and talking about wrapped, thanks for the gifts of the videos you make, really helpful ... And Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Cheers ✨
This is great! Thanks for the yearly reminders! Definitely some work to do in January for the upcoming year! Happy holidays to you 🩷🩷
I just started watching your videos a few weeks ago and I’ve completely changed my mindset about my financial future. I’m a British citizen living in New Zealand who rents and I was down about that, but on reflection I’m putting the maximum amount of 10% in my state pension (kiwi saver) I have £60k in my U.K pension, I’ve zero debt, my monthly outgoings are around 45% of my salary & I have the 3 months emergency fund saved in a high interest savings account. I now know I have surplus funds I can invest in an exchange traded fund & get myself a credit card that offers perks and rewards. It’s a shame we don’t have ISA’s in NZ but I’m confident with where I am and I should be on the property ladder in a few years. Thanks for all the information.
You’re slaaaaaying the KZread world. THANK YOU for the invaluable info, and for being such a great teacher. All the best to you in 2024
Thank you so much for the great videos and the value inside them. I recently subscribed and I am binge watching all of your videos. You explain complex concepts in a very clear and hands-on way. Keep it up and going
This is a great checklist. I can see myself visit this video year at the end of each year just to see what I need to work on before the new year. Thanks Nischa :)
Thank you for the videos. Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family.
Merry Christmas to you and the fans here. All the best for 2024!

Thanks Nischa for yet again a highly apprechiated instructive video. Happy and Prosperous New Year 2024 to all of the community here! ❤️🔥🕊️❤️🔥🍀❤️🔥🙏🏽🌈❤️🔥🙌🏾 😊 I may have missed it, but could you please take us through the financial year declarations processes (HMRC & Co House) for SART UPS who may not have made ANY PROFITS and CAN NOT afford an accountant? Thanks! 💝🙏🏽💞
Really great advice!
Time's really passing too quickly. So fortunate I found out the FIRE movement around 2021. Here's to a life of freedom and designing it on my terms.
I just did a 2024 budget. This is something to learn and incorporate for the coming year. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us! Feeling like a beginner! :D
My growth of 2023 was similar like yours, reason, implemented most of your financial advices..
Thanks for presenting the advice so well.
Brilliant
Well organized women .Cheers for that
Nice like the way you thinking 🏆❤️🏆
your videos are always great, I'll recommend your lighting is adjusted to suit your skin tone, there's too much light on your face in my opinion, thanks for educating us!
thanks, good video
1:06 The "Fundamental" bucket also drives your "emergency fund." When things go wrong, you can drop the "Future You" and "Fun" buckets for a bit. A low "fundamental" bucket also means that the emergency fund can be smaller, or last longer. Many people are bad at determining what TRULY is fundamental, though. You cover that somewhat in your other videos though.
Great contents Nischa, thank you. One point you raised here regarding people make contribution to their registered account then “forget” to invest has a lot to do with market timing. Many are afraid to invest immediately due to financial noise daily, markets are overvalued, it’s going to crash 40% etc. Unfortunately, no one can predict the future, best to divide the contribution into 4-5 chunks and invest over the next several months irrespective of market condition. Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year🎉
The time to complete each task is so helpful bc I get distracted 😅 way too easily
4:00 The type of emergency fund can also vary with your locale. A US Roth fund can be dipped into without penalty, so funding that does extra duty: both "future you" AND emergency fund.
Thank you.
I really appreciate your videos and have learnt so much from your insights and advice! It would be super interesting, since I'm from Germany, if you had any advice on investing for those living (and saving) in Germany. Thank you so much for your effort!
Thank you for your work. I have made huge gains this year mostly inspired by your advice and knowledge. I have started investing in trading 212. I was wondering if you could potentially do a video on stock picking in the new year. How to understand companies financial statements, income statements and cash flow so that we can pick solid stocks with good growth potential. It would be really interesting to get deeper insight. Thanks again for your work. 👍🙂
THANK YOU …… let’s go check & review , see what the next 360 days will bring. Maybe Santa 🎅🏻 will bring me your Organization skills and the new year’s baby your excitement. If not just keep putting one foot in front of the other, hopefully in the correct direction . Get renew seeing and learning from your mistakes, experience, insights, your life. At least am not alone on this island.NISCHA 💐💐
Great video , simple , easy to learn and understand . From the mountain tribe of central Fiji island we are grateful to you Nischa ! Merry Christmas to you and yours .
Madamji, really practical knowledge on financial management!
Many thanks for this video! Would you consider a video on making a will.
@scottbender7388
7 ай бұрын
I would suggest if in the US you consider a living trust. With a will , you will still be required to go through the probate process.
Thank you, very useful and explained in a clear and simple way.
Found your channel yesterday and it motivated me to dive into my credit cards and mitigate interest as much as possible - have managed to finds way to save £330 in interest 😩 thank you for your insight!
Thank you for your wonderful financial tips. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year! Much love from Switzerland.
Absolutely amazing
I sound like a simp and I hate myself for saying this, lol, but you're so incredibly attractive. And it's not purely physical, there's many good looking women. It's the way you talk, gesticulate, move your eyes etc. very mesmerising, almost in an ASMR way for me.
Hi Nischa, I’ve started recently to watch you videos. Actually, I rewatch them a couple of times more to take notes. I wanted thank you for sharing your knowledge. I am more aware of my financial status and I regret some past decisions. I wish to have had this information when we were younger, but hey, is never to late. I am very grateful and I am feeling motivated for 2024. I really hope more people can hear your advises from your own experience. I wanted to share your videos with my partner and family, but they only speak Spanish. Is there any change that I can add Spanish subtitles to it, it is my mother language.
I find your videos more informative even tho I go to a business school. I guess my just sucks.
The great financial reset 👌
Thank you for the great content as usual Nischa. Can you do a video on types of life insurance and what you may have and why? Many thanks
Great🎉
Love you
Thank you once again for another fantastic video! 😊
Gold nugget info!!
Do your family ask you to help them do financial tasks 😂 Great vid.
Changed your time? It used to be Sunday morning around 7. Now it’s only 3 am here 😅 the earlier the better 🔥🔥👍👍
Voice is awesome ❤❤❤
Great practical tips. Thank you 😊
Nice
Great video! I have a question on your negotiating point for debt in getting a lower APR. is it just as simple as asking for a lower rate, or should I come in with a specific number in mind? If it’s the later, how do you pick a justifiable rate?
@TheSituuazn

I didn’t know you could negotiate the APR
Do you need a will if you don't have dependents? Is there a different approach people should take if they continue to be single as they age?
Today I subscribed to your channel and your number of subscribers is 810k, after 2-3 months your number of subscribers will be 1M as I am lucky (😊😊) for many people.🎉🎉🎉
I think I saw you in N Finchley yesterday Lol Looked like your were going to some kind of event)
Love this video and the idea of the 3 Fs. I think the Future bucket should be higher than 10-20% and instead be 15-25% else it will be very difficult to retire with enough to live.

@@Guernsey576so? I’m suggesting the percentages be tweaked.
Hi, would you ever post a video about buy to lets? Im curious if you manage through a company or your personal name? I assume you have a buy to let? Thanks
Thanks for the video - what percentage should you be allocating towards debts on a monthly basis?
@Personalfinanceandinvesting247
6 ай бұрын
Thats a good question! I think it all depends on your personal circumstances. However, the 28/36 rule states that no more than 28% of a household's gross income should be spent on housing and no more than 36% on housing plus other debt.
Hello Nischa, love your content!! Could you also give investment tips to European citizens? 😊
Hi Nischa, love your content! Would you mind doing a video on traditional 401k vs Roth? If I had to choose, which would be more advantageous to invest in? I see lots of content explaining what these are but nothing beyond that

Where does debt go? Fun, Future or Fundamental
What do you think of CBDCs how cash will be worthless but made digital to control and monitor us? I really need to buy gold as early as possible.
increased retirement contributions starting january got a 2023 out of pocket medical expenses printout from pharmacy for the hsa
Madamji, bless your life with abundance and happiness forever🎉
I watched a video recently where you mentioned a law of attraction planner that changed your life. Could you please share it with me?
I get pay 2x a month so is our net income monthly or every paycheck?
Is debt in the first bucket??
When you say allocate 5% to investments, does that include a 401k? Or because that's not part of your net income, do you mean investing on top of 401k. Does that investing then mean in the roth/ira?
How come I can watch you all day 😂
te amo
Where are you live England/ Scotland/Wales/ Northern Ireland.
Nice! A good way to reset is to donate it all too charity. didn't watch your video.
Nischa I have 3 growing kids.. where should I categorize clothes?
