    Wow high temps! It was so cold in boston yesterday 😮 definitely autumn is creeping in for sure, but we had a heat wave a couple days ago. Oh man sorry to hear about your tire! I hope you’re able to patch it!

    It makes me giggle about carrots. They can be a bit too high in carb for me, but that's cause I can easily eat too many and then I don't feel great. I am not one of those people who would remove them from a salad or skip them on a veggie platter. All veggies have carbs. You can choose which ever ones work for you. Be a rebel! It's about what is sustainable for you! Eat the corn even! 🥰 I'm gonna have to buy some cabbage you keep making me think about it. Oh, maybe a cabbage steak. That sounds delicious. Did that guy say "Throw yourself. Sacrifice your body!" 😂🤣😜 Sounds like yet another successful week of thinking about your choices and making decisions that make YOU feel good.     Ong I need to use upside I have the app but never use it I also need to really take advance of Ibotta and there is another one that you scan the receipt (any receipt and it gives you points) I had a friend end up buying a new tv doing that. Love the dolly bites! It was a good day friend! ❤

    You def need some fats in your keto. stephanieketoperson says about 220 or so grams a day. i know i know it's bigger than one of those kerry gold blocks. lol. i haven't gotten up to that yet. i'm still low carb high fat and working my way up to keto/omnivore. i'm doing about a stick of butter per day and that's only about 80 grams, i think, or so but i have been having the pork belly so there's that. if you save the lard you can even eat it by the tablespoon and it is so yummy. sounds gross but it is so good and i'm pretty picky. sorry about the yucky broccoli. how frustrating. and sorry about the tire. glad you're doing well. keep it up. you got this.
