    I would chain piece 2 sets so I would not have to break tbreads after every block. Great method! Ingenious!

    So Cool! I am going to try it just to try the technique! Edit - tried and loved it. Amazing! One positive is that all the outside raw edges are not bias when the HST's are finished

    with my sewing machine and its quarter foot I sew on the left of the diagonal row .... how can I do???

    Giada, most 1/4" feet have the measurements on both sides of the feet. If yours does, you can just use the left side of the foot, rather than the right side, as we are usually accustomed. If your foot does not have the measurement on both sides, perhaps you could draw your sewing line on the fabric.

    Why such a hater on drawing an actual line on the fabric? Seems like it would be super helpful for beginners, no?
