Accordion Fun Fold Card with a WOW Inner
Фильм және анимация
In this tutorial I walk you through the construction of this really fun fold card. Once you see how it all comes together, you'll see how easy it really is to make this WOW card. This video is not perfect, but I hope you find it helpful and if you do, please give me a like and maybe a feedback/comment on it. If it is helpful then I would love it shared with as many people as possible as I love our crafting community.
Measurements:
1. Cut two A4 card stock at 13.5cm along the short side. Then cut 6.5cm x 6.5cm squares from both the narrow pieces - you will get 8 square pieces. For this card size, you will need a total of 16 square pieces so just cut that from another A4 card stock.
2. For one of the 13.5cm x 29.7cm (standard A4 paper length), score along the long edge at 10cm, 12cm, 14cm, 16cm, 18cm, 20cm, 22cm, 24cm, 26cm, 28cm. Do the same for the second piece of 13.5cm x 29.7cm except instead of scoring at 24cm, you cut at 24cm.
3. You need 16 pieces of 6cm x 6cm DSP (patterned paper) squares.

Thank you very much for your tutorial and for using centimeters ! It is much easier for us Europeans !
Nice idea. Will have to try and convert to inches and hopefully be able to recreate. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much Michelle. You make it seem so easy! I really appreciate you taking the time to show us how to make this fun fold. I will be giving it a try soon.

Thank you so much! Debbie. I look forward to seeing your creation.
It really is a WoW card! Definitely going to give it a try and I'm so glad it's in Cm too! Thanks so much for the tutorial. I've made a sample and it was so easy to make with your measurements. I put Birthday up the top and Wishes down the bottom leaving the first and last squares for embellishments. Thanks again for sharing.
Love it ... thnx for sharing and love the metric measurements. Thank you x
I love these cards but unfortunately its all in centimeters and I am not familiar with that. I've been looking for something like this because my friend is celebrating her 75th birthday soon. I'll just keep looking but thank you so much for sharing your incredible talent.

Sorry for the delay ladies as had a very sudden family bereavement, so I did 11 3/8 by 6 (you can do it any height) scoring at 3/4, 1 1/2, 2 1/4, 3, 3 3/4, 4 1/2,5 1/4, 6, 6 3/4, 7 1/2 and short piece 9 3/4 by 6 scoring at 3/4, 1/1/2, 2 1/4, 3, 3 3/34, 4 1/2, 5 1/4. And I followed the video for burnishing score lines the squares I did were 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 and mats were 2 x 2 but you can do squares a little bigger if required. I hope these measurements help please let me know. Ladies another crafter Sam Calcott has just put a video up doing a 5 x 7 size x
What a fun and beautiful card! Love it! I am going to try to make it tomorrow. Thank you for showing us. ❤️

Fantastic
The link below will take you to an easy conversion table.
This is definitely an awesome card but I think your camera was zoomed in too much at the beginning
Hi Michelle. This card is amazing and I would love to know the Imperial measurements. Did the German tutorial have the Imperial measurements? If so, can you add a link to this video? Thanks very much. Barb in Canada.

Hi barb Sam calcott done a version of this card on 9th Aug. She works in inches. She also has a fb page. kzread.info/dash/bejne/h42p0MVqca2unLw.html. Happy crafting. Sam did say she got the idea from Michelle.
Sam Calcott just did a video on this card.
Michelle, did you convert the centimeters to inches for this project? I'm going to try to do it myself. Can you give me the measurements of the A4 cardstock you started with. Thank you. 🥰

Hey Frances, no I haven’t converted to inches. I have written some instructions though. You can see it when you click on the arrow in the right of the title of this video.

JanB from uk does a similar card (merry Christmas) and she uses A4 cardstock and inches. Beautiful cards have a friend who plays the accordion so you know what her card is gonna be for her birthday.
I would like the measuresment in inches for us that are not Europeans please. Thank you.
Beautiful card. I would appreciate the meadurements in inches. Some countries do not use metric. I think measurements supposed to be given both ways
Would be so much easier for me with measurements in inches. The card idea is awesome though.
