Shadowblood Queen wiped the floor with me so I tried to come up with some counterplay ideas. I tried going for an "assassinate the Queen" strategy but accidentally ended up winning by sort of smothering her instead with zone control.
Turns out, if you can pressure the center and prevent her from fielding cards in her debuff fields (and, importantly, NOT fielding your own cards in the debuff fields) Shadowblood Queen won't end up getting particularly strong.
