22:39-22:43 the driver of the yellow car witnessed the whole accident and stop but didn’t bother to help.

Good spot my friend! This is true!
I remember in winter of 2010-11, me and my dad got in a car accident. Luckily, nobody got hurt. What caused the crash was there was no salt or sand in the snow or ice covered roads. When we came out of the corner, Dad lost control of the SUV. The SUV had drivetrain selection in automatic mode. It didn't switch quick enough. If I were to get my own vehicle with selectable 4 wheel drive and drive during winter, I would put drivetrain selection in 4 wheel drive high. That means the vehicle would have to consume a bit more fuel, but I don't care because it doesn't hurt too much when you switch from 2WD to 4WD.

even on winter tyres? Wow yeah note to everyone when the winter approaches change your tyres no matter what car are you driving

@@colbywhitmore564 then it's dangerous because you will start sliding all over the place even with 4WD so get the snow tyres ASAP especially on icy roads sure it's gonna cost you but that way you will less likely to get involved in a accidents

Casually driving through the highway in Russia until you see a blue truck crashes and then a shed or whatever almost crushes the red car.

But don't worry for us including you, I'm pretty sure the 112 Dispatcher (aka operator) will help us save lives when accidents occurs.
