    @@cillian_scott what i meant was, it could be more comfortable to do extension with those machines rather lying on a high box, plus they dont need people or extra setup to hold them in place. But hey thats me, if it has worked for them who am i to judge. Not picking on the effectiveness.

    Those weren't squats, they were snatch-grip deadlifts. Standing on a plate creates a deficit, making the lift harder since the bar has to be moved through a larger range of motion.

    很多体能训练动作值得讨论,中国的专项技术动作非常出色,但基础体能训练相对差,这种训练,10000人练,剩下1个人成为冠军,练伤练废9999个。不是冠军牛逼,而是冠军运气好,没练废。这种训练的方法不要学习了,除非你们人数够多。不服就派人来跟着一起练,看能剩下几个。
