How do I get my "User" password?

Can the SMA Sunny Boy US-41 be configured with only the AC lines connected to the Main Service Panel? Configure inverter before the solar panels wiring is completed.

I have a 2 week old inverter. Works great but the ‘knock’ feature doesn’t work. What am I missing to make it work again. It worked great for 2 weeks. Help please

My solar installer went out of business. I need to make some account changes on my Sunny Portal page. When I log on It won’t let me do this? Suggestions?

I don't have my installers password and I can't get my device to connect to my wifi. I can log into it as a user but that's it. Any help?
