You have to complete a quest after reaching Level 12 With Wish me Mell.

do u know if we have a time limit to level up with wish me mell? like is the area disappearing? Im barely level 8 and Im scared Ill miss out on the third area 🥲

There is no time limit. This is a new area on the map it is not going to be time sensitive. Give her Toasted Marshmallow Cloud cotton candy it helps!
