ACCEPTED Brown Video Portfolio 2022 RD
Hi everyone! I was accepted into Brown University (Regular Decision) as an international student in the 2021-2022 application cycle, and this was the video portfolio that I submitted. I have to admit-I spent way too much of my winter break on this. But I want to reassure you that you do not need a "fancy" video portfolio to get into Brown. For future applicants, I hope this video inspires you rather than stresses you out. I'm no admissions officer, but the video portfolio is only a tiny part of your application. While it was a great medium for me to express myself, there are other ways to do so in your application. Even though I will not be attending Brown University, I am still so grateful to have gotten in, and I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have, so please feel free to drop them down in the comments below!

I was shocked to see so many things that you've done as a student. Your passion for social issues and human rights and the fact that you actually got involved in lots of activities to make things change have inspired me so much. Thank you for sharing this video!

Congratulations on your well-deserved admissions to the top schools! When you applied to Northwestern, did you submit any supplemental art portfolio? I do not think this school accepts the visual art portfolio.

Thank you! Like you said, because Northwestern doesn't accept art portfolios, I didn't submit mine to Northwestern.
