this company crazy for how expensive it is and we 5 months away from it being outdated lol 2k really at its peak cus ion see that lasting to much longer lol dropping a game annually that takes $150 minimum unless you no life it 😂

If you know how to dex, acceleration makes a huge difference on offensive off-ball. There’s a noticeable difference between 73 and 77 acceleration on the speed and space created from accurate passes in catch and shoot situations.

Ehhhh not really. All you need is spot finder silver which is 68 accel and have above 80 speed. I use it on my stretch every time. Only noticeable difference is that with my guards, I’m faster because I have higher speed

No it doessnt, thats from from weight, height, and the passer's pass attribute pushing you to where the pass is going

It's because they give content creators. Cheat codes to the builder. Then they slightly change builds so that these content creators get these cheat codes and everybody. Else has to change builds and spend more v. C sad

@DaKidNexxDoor It's alright if you don't understand. 2k has adopted the same strategy For micro transactions, as we seen in call the duty. The same way call a duty Changes their guns to get people to buy new Gun packages 2K changes their build slightly and gives the information to the creators. Who then create new Meta builds? So people spend more v c. To the basic game consumer, they're not going to understand how it works

Acceleration makes a huge difference in my build. I tried one with low acceleration and it was terrible.

Badges are key. Wide open accel may not look like much but when getting bodied blowby and stuff is important.

Acceleration makes a massive difference on defense. Any change of direction with the left stick is directly controlled by the Acceleration stat. Set it low and try moving your defender in a circle or zig zag with the left stick, he'll move in slow-motion. Set it high and he'll glide around without the animation really even worrying about foot planting.

I mean I have a build with 83 accel and another with 74.. I can feel a diff but slight.. both are 6'6 with 86 spd. I normally base it on the type of build I'm making. If I need the points I'll go 74.. if I can push it I normally go no higher then 80

Can you test 25 SWB vs. 75 SBW both with pro dribble style and the relevant badges at 75 SWB. Seen multiple content creators use 25 SWB iso builds and it doesn’t look any different

On the half court you won't notice much difference but on fast breaks or bringing the ball up court there's a huge difference, dribble style and acceleration gives you the launch but once underway SWB will take over so in those longer runs you will feel like you're towing a few trailers.

What about making cuts while sprinting on defense? I thought acceleration affects how quickly they make cuts while staying on your matchup?

Facts. My first build was 6'6 with 84 Accel + Gold Speed Booster & Gold Spot Finder. My current build is 6'8 with those badges on Silver. Can still dribble and move effectively but it's definitely not as fast. It's a nice difference but not enough to be a huge game changer imo

@@DonDeLem 6'8s just move slower for some reason my 6'8 and my 6'7 have the exact same phyciacall and playingmaking stats yet my 6'7 dribbles way faster than my 6'8 for some reason

What does lateral movement effect

There isn’t enough boost here, that Curry spin comparison shows it. Imagine the 25 acceleration is a 7 footer standing in the middle of the free throw line and you are driving from either elbow with 99 accel. That big can cover the distance just with their length and easily contest your dunk or layup attempt when you should be able to comfortably separate with that accel gap.

I believe it helps on the blowout dribble as well when tapping RT/R2. I was wondering why my pg was feeling more sluggish in transition but I realize I haven’t upgraded accel on that build vs others I have.

It seems like all of the stats cap out and don’t really have a physical difference in players

93 acc is worth it for the HOF spot finder. Spot finder is one of the best shooting badges in the game if you know how to activate it. Doesn't matter how good the defender is. If the point guard dots me when I activate Spot Finder the pass will throw me wide open.

@@Joeharlow12I’ve never had it that high and I believe you, simply because of how OP my silver Spot Finder badge is. It 100% works off the PnR and when dexing to the corner. People have either never tried it OR they don’t know how to activate Spot Finder.

2K just needs to have every attribute go up by 10s or 5s so they can focus on their being a big difference between stats

73 or 66-67 acceleration for big guards and no speed with ball is meta.

I don’t think the attributes are as important as the badges they unlock.

You don’t feel a speed difference between 80 and 85, but from 80 acceleration to 85 there is a noticeable difference 🤷🏻‍♂️

Highkey, acceleration seems more off ball ir defensive. My 65 accel. Pf gets much better chasedown animations than my 60. Yes five points. I kno. It bothered me too.

Works on defense 83 vs 73 is night & day. Try to cut off or start/stop

It's not you, i was testing out a lockdown and i had a 85 acc and then i edit him to a 70 acc has a example and there was a huge difference. The lower the acc in defense it took my guy longer to closeout on the offense player or keep up.

Accel is a real difference you testers don’t use a lick of critical thinking. That first step speed is the difference getting the speedier dribbler animation and dunk animations vs pull up a slow dribble or pull up jumper instead. I wasted money listening to these YTers. Yall owe me a 100.
