    I am so grateful. I've got one question if you don't mind. at 20:20, on the right bottom side of the screen, you wrote: Capacity VAR = (AH-BH) * OAR/hr and Efficiency VAR = (SH-AH)*OAR/hr. You also said if the top elements are bigger (value being a positive number), it is Adverse VAR. But seeing from the Formulas, if top element is bigger (e.g. if BH is bigger than AH, or if AH is bigger than SH), we are gonna get the negative value. Is there an error in the formulas or did I understand something wrong?

    Negative value means adverse variance only. Just don't write the negative sign and write( adverse ) after the answer
