bhai, if i have to add partition walls where there is slab beam to support load and i use AAC blocks, but what do i do for concrete bands? there is no column on either side and i don't want to demolish exisiting walls.. is it okay to build without rcc bands or bands without joining it with column? or is fly ash bricks better in this scenario?

context ke liye, mera ghar ka rcc structure complete ho chuka hai aur concrete blocks se walls bi bana hai but abh todi changes karna ta but jin places meh slab beam nahi hai un places meh aac blocks ya fly ash bricks use karna chahata hu so that beam pe jyada load na pade but rcc bands ke bina bana sakte hai? aur agar column pas meh nahi hai tho concrete band keliye.. kya exisiting walls ko tode bina kuch kar sakte hai?
