ACBED FOOD PRESERVATION - GROUP 2 "DRY SALTING" (Dried Boneless Danggit)

(DRIED BONELESS DANGGIT)
Ingredients
1 kl. Danggit Fish
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. seasoning
6 gloves garlic
1liter of water
Procedure:
1. Debone the fish
2. Remove all the internal organs and etc.
3. Make small cuts on the outer part in each
side of the fish
4. Crush the garlic for marinating purposes
For marinating:
• Pour 1 liter of water into a bowl
• Combine the salt, seasoning and crush
garlic altogether and mixed well
• Put the fish into the mixture one by one
• Marinate it for 10 mins
• After 10 mins, it's ready for drying under
the heat of the sun
