@@DACARBOSS.thats just plain wrong, both of those players have a tapping skillset while frif is varied, meaning frif will do better on less tapping oriented songs. hes still insane with tapping (h-ell fc)

One thing I’m especially impressed about is how you both mostly hit Tradeoff… it’s underratedly difficult to pull off imo.

Cracked as hell, respectable, i couldnt hit shit on console engines thats why i respect you guys and all offcial game players a lot!

I must say it's refreshing to see you both struggle for once, and also to see you together again :)

When it comes to old engines, Alec's just built different. It's super awesome to see you two hanging out and playing together again! Also, I feel Randy on the Soulless strumming thing. Sometimes you just lose that rhythm and nothing will make it come back before it's ready.

I just starting playing guitar hero and rock band again I haven’t played in 11 years I had to go back down ti hard plus I’m 40 years old with neurological issues that take away my fine motor skills playing helps keep it though had to re-furb my PS3 to play again *( my mom probably spent $2k on songs before her death, my rock band 1 has over 400 songs )* my dad likes to play so my PS3 isn’t in my room with my sim rig/PS4/PC setup etc.. it’s setup in the living room

Audio is being fed through a DAC, my monitor is like a 1ms delay gaming monitor

you could always try inverting the phase of a soulless 4 track and cancelling it out from this video, readjust the av to match

Because you can't hit a million on any of the songs solo/in face-off.

With the strum limit off, is there any reason why Solo of a Robot is harder? I noticed you both didn't get above 2x there yet I can't think of a reason why you would find it that hard.

hit windows are much tighter than in Clone Hero

I mean obviously they are. But Solo of a Robot is just loads of strums rhymically so provided you're strumming at the right rate, the hit window should only screw you out of breaking your combo at the start or end of the string. Unless GH2 is like Rock Band 1 or whichever game it is where the hit window is tighter when there's more notes on screen, it shouldn't make a difference here, right?

@@lefthandedscout9923 I would think any time there's tighter hit windows it just would require way more precision. Raking isn't exactly super accurate but given how lenient CH is with the timing you can get away with it.

Hopos don't eat extra strums so if you misrake twice, that's 4 overstrums on top of if you missed lol
