a Treatment that's good for drip pan is😮 asurity pro-treat - 200 ( put 4 tablets in the drip pan once or twice a season
I dis like the drain problems here in texas. most are into the drain like that. you'll have better luck with the detector if you turn the system off. the air movement cause bad readings.

Hey man. Is that vent pipe trick with the leak detector pretty reliable? I have the fieldpiece leak detector and I never thought to do that, I usually just open the coil up.
