My 94 s10 4.3 tbi has a compressor issue as well. Do you happen to know it the belt you have is the same as im going to deleting my compressor as well

I know it’s personal preference yeah on stuff like this when fixing stuff yeah but like for me I’m in Arizona, Tucson to be accurate but if I would do that there would have to be like a railroad spike in my head to think of deleting the ac. And yes I had to fix mine on a 98 Sonoma. It’s a 2.2 and 5 speed but no if we had inspections here and ac was a requirement this wouldn’t be an option lol. But yeah again i fixed mine but I learned ac from actual guys that teach it in my community college but yeah I had to replace like 90 percent of the ac system to work. I spent just about 300 dollars to fix it however we need access in my neck of the woods because you DIE lol it gets like 110 now it’s crazy. Though if your weather is like 80 degrees for like a few days out of the year then yeah I would have ac way down the list of fixing priorities. I Like your blazer it’s 👌👌🤌🤌🤌🤌quite noice.

Sorry to bother you, I just bought a 96 Blazer 169000 miles. It's clean no rust. Arizona car recently. But I need to replace a rear wheel bearing. Today I went for a short drive and the ABS light came on and it wouldn't accelerate until a few secons later. Do you have any idea what's going on? Maybe the a/c compressor is locking up? I smelled a hint of beurning rubber but didn't check under the hood yet because I ha d other shit to deal with at home.
