I read a lot of comments about how he was a total prick in his youth (maybe he was maybe he wasn't I honestly don't know) but I can say with certainty he was 100% respectful here, and deserves credit for it.

I'm the biggest AC/DC fan to walk the earth, and I've been the Angus in a tribute band, and I think Axl Rose did a kick ass job filling in. He absolutely surpassed my expectations and screamed his lungs out like an animal. As much I wanted to hate it, I can't find anything bad to say.

@@jasonwood5212 it was definitely the most professionalism and respect I've ever seen Axl display. In fairness to Axl in his younger days, I believe he was probably suffering some serious mental illness and his idea of treating it was numbing it with drugs and alcohol. I know he had a traumatic childhood, and I'm sure that he, like many others, turned to substance as a (poor) coping mechanism.

Touring with AC/DC was the best thing that could have happened to Axl Rose. It made him more profession and way more responsible as a musician. He learned how to not be the center and to work as a team. Be on time and to do practice runs. It made Guns and Roses stronger as well. Axle realized he was the guest in someone else's house and he showed respect to AC/DC by working with them instead of wanting them to work with him.

Because Axl sings the GNR songs all the time. Even if you love your songs, it's gets boring after you tour those songs for 30+ years. I'm sure Paul McCartney is somewhat sick of Hey Jude and Let It Be. But with AC/DC, Axl is a huge fan and their songs that mostly fit in his range, and he doesn't often sing them live so it's more exciting

Seems like when Axl is Insecure about his capacity he blows all limits singing like never. But he's so conforble singing in GN'R that he feels more upset to relax a little. He chooses the songs and the parts that he'll give 100% of power, then, the others ones he does more softly

Yes, agreed. To still have the energy/stamina t do a show like this is praise-worthy. But i cant help thinking Brian has a better grasp of "stage-craft" than his stand-in. Axle R is good, but a different syle that doesnt quite fit AC/DC's time-proven formula.

The weird thing about Axl is that his voice is erratic as hell. Not gonna lie, I feel like he sounds better here on this song now than he would’ve 20-30 years ago, yet at the same time he manages to butcher some of his own GNR material. Maybe it’s the Bipolar.

ANGUS HAS FUCKED ACDC's FANS. BOYCOTT ACDC AS LONG AS AXL ROSE IS IN THE BAND. You only have to look at (original bassist) Mark Evans, Phil Rudd and now Brian to see how ruthless Angus has been with his own band "mates." Ever since he joined Brian was an incredibly loyal lieutenant to the Young brothers, especially Angus in recent times. He followed the script, he said what he had to say, I don’t think anyone thought Brian would be cast aside like that. I personally am done with ACDC and will aggressively try to dissuade people from supporting this money-only-matters machine. We fans deserved better than this. Angus should have shut down and gone out with style. Now he's trying to wring every last dollar he can out of us thinking we're brain-dead idiots. Used to be a big fan, but now we see the truth of Angus and what he has done for decades to his own band "mates". NO WAY IN HELL AXL ROSE EVER SHOULD HAVE REPLACED BRIAN JOHNSON. DONE WITH ACDC FOR GOOD NOW, AND YOU SHOULD BE TOO.

NOPE. YOU ARE WRONG. BRIAN JOHNSON AND PHIL RUDD WERE BOOTED FROM ACDC, AND CLIFF WILLIAMS QUIT LAST YEAR BECAUSE OF IT SAYING THAT "THE BAND HAS BECOME A WHOLE DIFFERENT ANIMAL THAN WHAT HE KNEW FOR THE LAST 40 YEARS" . LOOK IT UP FOR YOURSELF. Also, after Axl Rose was hired the very prestigious ACDC fan-club website called 'ACDC Italia' announced it would close after 13 years online to “take a firm stand against Angus (Young) and co” and cited the “utter dismay” that they no longer recognize the band. The site changed their cover photo to read AC/DC 1973 - 2016.
