Damn near 70 and still throws himself on the ground for those "spazz attacks." What a performer! Angus will rock til the day he dies. One of the reasons I love this band so much. They may be old, they may be tired, but they keep doing it for us, their fans. Hope to see them at least once before they hang it up for good

I'm 75 ( a little older than Angus) THIS is a master class!! - Angus and AC/DC showing the youngsters how to rock and roll! Back in the "old" days there was no internet - you learned riffs by slowing a song down on the record player! It takes work, and love and sweat and PRACTICE - NO shortcuts - no excuses! ...And Rock will never die!

Crowd seemed absolutely dead. I guess that’s what happens when you freeze out all the real fans and young people due to price. Gigs for musicians are a two way process, the crowd feedback changes the way bands play and enhances the performance. A pit full of doctors, lawyer and high net worth old age people doesn’t seem to achieve that result here.

One reason to see them is technical. No one plays with 48 backline speakers any more. Angus' sound isn't via plugins and a Bluetooth transmitter at his guitar and DSP. It is done old school with volume, amps, and feedback. Once he stops, that will be the end of that type of guitar sound. Go see them if only to say: "Yeah, I saw a concert with analog guitar sound".

@@Notinserviceij. The amps are backstage.... and they drive 3 or 4 of those speaker cabs (yes, the rest of the speakers are just for show), you can see the mics in front of those that are plugged up. The backstage amps (JTM 50s I believe) are monitored by the guitar/amp techs and switched in or out if they go down.... and several do over every tour and have to be repaired. The only effect Angus ever used was a wireless unit ( a Schaffer-Vega DS that had the additional property of boosting the guitar signal that provided a higher-end drive.)

As tough as it is to see, they’ve been at it for 50 years plus. They’re just getting older, there’s no escaping that. Most people are retired from a lifetime of hard work at their age and these guys are still at it.

At 22 years old, I'm happy to say I was FRONT and CENTER for this show, along with Judas Priest & Metallica. Sounded wildly different than a video, and from further away. It was an ocean of sound with the kick drum and Angus/Stevie's guitars pumping in your chest. The dust from everyone moving around fast that far up in the pit made looked like it was a smoke show and made ya cough, it was so hot in the desert let alone being up there like sardines in a can, people all around you from every different country you could imagine screaming and shouting when the band went on. Wish I was back at PowerTrip.

@tcbgarage2845 oh the mix was great. I'm an audio engineer so I can testify that the sound engineers there were top notch. The only band that had a better live mix there was Judas Priest but their mix was god level. Angus' guitar was plenty loud, as was Stevie's. I had Earplugs in but I pulled them out just enough to where I wouldn't have serious hearing loss for the rest of my life, but I remember taking them all the way out at times just to see what it would be like and it was comically, dangerously loud, ESPECIALLY the guitar.
