Malcolm would be very proud of how far they made it! He may not be there psychically, but he there spiritually and this was all his idea, he wrote and he made this

If I was there, I’ll admit I probably would’ve taken a photo or two, but I wouldn’t spoil an entire song for myself by seeing it through a phone. (But ironically enough, if it weren’t for people filming I wouldn’t be able to see how the show sorta was) 😊

It really is one of their best songs. I don't know if it's THE best, but it's up there. For any other band it would have been their biggest hit but but AC/DC it was just an album track

Den Leuten im video scheint das Konzert ja gefallen zu haben. Das ist die Hauptsache. Ich war diesmal nicht persönlich anwesend. Allein durch die hunderte Mobiltelefone wirkt das Konzert doch ganz anders, als mein 1. ACDC Konzert 2000. Nach 15 Minuten FOS habe ich das 1. Mal auf die Uhr geguckt und mich gefragt wie ich das bis zum Ende körperlich durchhalte. Im Video wird das alles doch ihr entspannt und gemütlich. Das soll nichts bewerten. Es war bestimmt toll. Für mich persönlich stelle ich fest, das ist die richtige Entscheidung war, da nicht hinzufahren. Manchmal kann man Dinge einfach nicht ein zweites mal erleben...

Watching that just doesn’t excite me anymore. No Cliff or Phil 😢

they still sound great!! but i wonder why highway to hell is no long performed as an encore, it was the cool hearing that guitar solo at the beginning with Angus rising from the stage!

Für mich ist dies zwar ein Song von AC/DC, aber gespiel von einer Band, die lediglich zwei AC/DC - Bandmitglieder spielen läßt - es ist ein trauriges Fragment ihrer selbst. Trauer überwiegt, wenn man AC/DC noch aus Zeiten kennt, wo die Szenerie noch nicht von "Mobiltelefonsklaven" albern beherrscht wurde, in Zeiten wo Rock n Roll noch Rebellion und keinen überteuerten "Brot und Spiele - Kommerz" in einer bunten Plastikwelt darstellte. Alles was bleibt sind die Platten, der Rest ist pure Illusion einer Welt, die es nicht mehr gibt. Ride on, AC/DC.

Sehr gut geschrieben Bro 👍Bin auch seit 1976 dabei und habe bis heute circa 250 Konzerte im Rock & Metal europaweit besucht. Das ist alles nur noch Kirmes und Kommerz. Wacken ist genauso verkommen mittlerweile 😪Wer die alten Zeiten und die Band's in Ur-Formationen gesehen hat kann sich glücklich schätzen 🤘Was waren das früher für Gigs ohne Scheiß Handys. Headbanging und Mitgröhlen war angesagt . Aber genug gejammert, wem's gefällt 😂

Den Kommentar hab ich so formuliert, daß die "Grünschnäbel" nicht beschimpft werden, denn, ich war ja auch mal jung und hörte auch zum ersten mal 1977 (war ich acht und war vernarrt in die "Let there be Rock") AC/DC, mein Bruder der zehn Jahre älter ist nahm mich mit seinen Kumpels mit, Black Sabbath war Vorband (unvergesslich). Nicht daß ich es den Fans nicht gönne, die Gruppe wenigstens mal live gesehen zu haben, aber so ist es im Endeffekt ja nicht mehr - es ist pure abzocke. Die Karten in den Siebzigern kosteten zehn Mark (!), 1991 kostete AC/DC mit Metallica im Vorprogramm unter fünfzig Mark, soviel zur Wucherpreislage. Da Du Wacken ansprichst, 2001 konnte man noch auf Wacken eine 0,5 Liter Flasche Bier für EINE Mark holen und gemütlich am Getränke pavillon die Auftritte von Venom, Twisted Sister, etc. anschauen, heute undenkbar, hier läuft was falsch, ich mein, waren wir "zahmer" daß wir noch sowas durften, oder was?! Gut, ich hör mal auf zu jammern - rock on, Digga!
