Axl’s voice is perfect for this band

AC/DC has footage of Axl's greatest vocal performances in the last 20 years and they wont release it to us....

Angus lead guitar still gives me goosebumps after all these years, amazing!

I know Axl with AC/DC isn't everyone's cup of tea, but the studio-level notes he was able to hit in this song and "Thunderstruck" is extremely impressive.

Luís Paulo Silva dos Santos that is an interesting observation! And I can tend to agree! I think he probably feels honored to have been asked to perform for such a big league band like ACDC (not to say Guns isnt), but the body of work of ACDC is much better. Guns put out one great, historic album and then changed it all up for some reason. 3 albums ever? So Axl getting “called up” to the big leagues probably made him not want to let anyone down.

Luís Paulo Silva dos Santos he enjoyed himself without the worry of the business end. He really liked working for Angus. Also, the voice requirements are more consistent, don’t you think? He did an f’n awesome job for sure! He wouldn’t work harder for another band than his own, think about it. Hope you are well. P.S. Damn he finished off well there!!!

It's no use, AC DC's fans just hate him, but it's not my case. The fans should focus on good work he did here, not on his personal person.

I think he felt pressure to perform at his best for ACDC but in 2016 he sounded amazing for GNR too. I think its more axl can hit the notes easier for acdc than he can himself in his younger days .

Still can't believe this actually happened! A match made in heaven. I'm torn between being happy Brian is back, and wishing we got to hear Axl in the studio with AC⚡DC

First was bummed Brian was out, then thoroughly impresses with Axl, what a treat. As good or higher notes than old Brian. Would have loved to hear Axls young voice on this.

He tries so much harder with acdc. I thought his rasp was just going with age but it’s the same shit it was in 01-02 and 2011-2015 he’s just being lazy 06-2010 was amazing just like this

Axl sounds way better with AC/DC, I think he just saves his voice with GNR, I wish he would just let loose at a few shows on classic Guns songs..

I was shocked when I heard Brian Johnson left the band, and that Axl Rose was joining. Skeptical that Axl was even going to be able to pull it off. I am glad I was proven dead fucking wrong. Axl killed it.

Not better than the original, but satisfying to hear live. I love Brian, but he sacrificed his range when he didn't need to and never really lived up to his own expectations as far as BIB. His best tour was FTATR where he had the whole package

He never went to 20 years hiatus. Check his gigs from the 2006-2010 era. Even some of the early 2000's concerts are awesome.

He worked on that Chinese Democracy thing for like 10 years while the other guys did Velvet Revolver so not a 20 year hiatus still I know what you mean and agree it's good he can still pull off those notes.

GNR headlined loads of places in the 2000s well before Chinese Democracy dropped. Even when it was just Axl of the classic GNR they needed to tour.

I been to 5 ac/dc concert's with Brian singing. And i been to one with Axl Singing. And trust me Axl sing's and get's the sing's good better then Brian. I was happy that they did the tour again with Axl and performed near my area. And i had fun singing them. And the next day i had to work. And trust me the boss. And manager thought i was pissed. Cause i never said nothing. And my gf goes his voice is out. And they go u went to the concert. And i did the thumbs up.

I'm very glad we got Brian, Cliff, and Phil back and we're again as close as we can be to the _Back in Black_ line-up. That said, I was so curious what an Axl-fronted AC/DC album would be like. This is the best he's sounded live in decades. Kind of a shame it never happened, but again, it's for the best that we got the Brian/Angus/Stevie/Cliff/Phil line-up back.

I saw guns n roses in 1988 when they were the opening band for Aerosmith. Now I'm going to Philly on 9/20/16 to see Ac/dc with axl rose. brings me back to the 80's a little bit. As for the singing, Axl is getting better at every show. Angus can still rock a guitar. Should appreciate that ac/dc may be done after this tour?

Yeah that's top notch on axl's part alone Big Time. I should've went to one of those shows.

I saw AC DC @ Rock or Bust Tour 2015 and 2016. The show 2015 in Hannover with Brian Johnson was great but Axl did a great job 2016 in Hamburg, too
