2013 Ford Edge Limiteddual climate. How do I remove the actuator for the passenger side. Removed white lever, electrical plug and the one visible screw. Am I missing something??

Oh wow, it worked! My Ford Edge SEL 2014 was blowing hot air on the driver's side, I followed your advice, pressed the two buttons for around 10 secs and voila! Thanks a lot!

You probably have a bad heater core

My 2007 ford explorer has the same issue hot on driver side cold on the others. I changed actuators and still no response. I went as far as opening both modules and teeth all are in great condition. Both half pizza pie cogs are in the up position. Im assuming this is the heat position. I have digital controls. Are there separate fuses?

@@best_technician So I ran diagnostic. What actually occurred something electrical malfunctioned or shorted in the climate control. I'm going to get a one from junk yard and see if that helps. The settings to the actuators were not effecting\adjusting like there was no power at all to the driver side ac settings. it. I'm assuming it' Something shorted out. I'll keep everyone posted.

Try this , take the Blend door motor out and move the door with your hand . So you can tell exactly what's going on.

You try to give the video more brightness it will be great if you do

Is it always the blend door actuator? What if the heat comes and goes....one day working, then the next day not?

One button that says heater “on” should be invented instead of hieroglyphics with pictures no one understands. Why would anyone want hot and cold air at the same time? Get the Japanese on this they can solve it.

Abdel Mechanic when i touch the plastic i can feel it ; all ducts motors working and also i test them manually and yet i cant realize where the problem is

I have the same problem changed the actuator seen the actuator move still no cold air from the driver side yet the passenger side has cold air

Okay I'm having the issue with an 08 ford edge. Its blowing hot on passenger side and cold on drivers side. I replaced the blendor on the drivers side, and it still hadn't fixed it. What else could it be?

Ok I changed it but it's Hot on top the death but cold on the floor vent

And all this time I thought that module controls recirculating air with the push of the recirculating button, oh wait. It is. I'm now confused at what this video is about!

Then you have something wrong with the Blend doors

What you have to do is Take the whole dashboard apart and fix the Blend doors , something have to be broken inside , and change the heater core and the Evaporator why you there

Just go to Auto parts store or auto zone and tell them I need blend door actuator for this car and they will give you

FORD = trash and not tough at all
