(3:00) If I recall correctly, that's for the gaming mode software which includes the launcher for that mode (IIRC the tablet mode launcher is the AOSP launcher), and it's the same software that ships on the Logitech G Cloud which in turn has less availablity than the Abxylute One.

Do you need an Xbox console in order to play X box games on this?

Kind of. Whatever is on GamePass Ultimate cloud gaming subscription, you can play without a console. If you want to buy a retail release digitally, you need an Xbox to remote play it.
Can you play it on the go like outside at the park

It's WiFi dependent so if you can tether it to your phone, yeah you can do it!
Looks worth it for 200 or under used
