Yeah, actually devs intended Sharks to be stronger than Orcas but there was a bug in the code causing the damage on Orcas to be higher, but they liked their newer creation better so they went with it anyway.

nah bro the human build doesn't have enough of the mobility skill to clip so there's no reason to report them.

Humans abused the game's mechanics as well. They used their maxed out INT stat to make all their other stats maxed out as well, with cheat codes such as guns, armor, camo and vehicles.

i don't think. they're cheats, just equipment and tools they unlocked due to their thumb ability and high intelligence. other builds might unlock this as well, we already have builds like corvids using tools so i wouldn't put it beside them

I love this channel. I can't describe in words how awesome it is. It stays in character, using the theme of life and pretending it's something like Runescape and detailing the strengths and weaknesses of each animal. It also provides interesting content to learn about animals and in general is a really cool concept. Hell, you can even sit down with some food or in a blanket and treat this as if its something like a National Geographic documentary. Thank you Tier Zoo.

The issue with Orcas is that in order to get those stats, it burns a lot of Stamina. Orcas don't have the luxury of a lot of things because of the high upkeep.

Did you know that sharks are scared of orcas? One even got the record for deepest dive a shark has ever done and swam to the opposite end of the ocean because there was an orca within one mile.

Boldizsár it's sonic attacks is so loud and fast that it heats up the water around the force expunged by the shrimp. And by heat I mean boil. So even if the pistol shrimp misses, the heat water that boils for a second or two around the fish can also kill it as the heat is too much for them. In other words imagine if you were swimming in a pool and suddenly someone made the water around you specifically boil for a few seconds.

don't forget how the orca will swim deep channels full speed and beach themselves to snatch pinnipeds-glitch thru the border of a different terrain by cruising full speed and snatching an unsuspecting beached sea lion orcas are ridiculously OP and their intelligence is almost human tier by this point

The issue with these is it would require a complete change of the physics engine. And to be honest these "exploits" are pretty much showing the physics engine is working as intended, and players are developing new play-styles.

I would like to see a clasification of the many type of "families" of orcas (differentiated by their fin shape I believe), because their game mechanics change quite a while one from another.

I'd put an argument in that they're SS-class, like Meta Knight in SSB:B or Fox in Melee. I'd also argue humans should be SS-tier as well, but I understand if TZ wants to keep the tiers simpler, but even still, there are a handful of S-class marine builds that are all eclipsed by the Orca

Think about it: Orca players have been able to expand beyond their starting zones over the course of only a few hundred thousand years (all the pacific ecotypes diverged from the original population within the last 350,000 years [Foote et al, 2016]) and have quickly adapted not only their playstyles but have even done some minor respeccing to adapt to the new enemy types in those subregions. Behavioral plasticity is a HUGE trait that only a few groups have been able to unlock due to its prohibitively high INT prerequisite. The only other guild in the current meta that has had as much of an effect on their meta have been the human (which have done so to a greater extent: having fingers is a HUGE boon, but we're nowhere near as tanky).

The honey badger is a badass build, and they have a lot of really good matchups due to their high resistances and general fearlessness, HOWEVER I don't think that they are enough of a shaping force on the meta of the African Savannah to justify S tier. High A for sure, but I don't think they're S and they CERTAINLY are not comparable to the orca in any way.

So youtube recommended to me "Are humans OP?".... And then I just couldn't stop watching But now I watched every video Somebody help

Personally, I liked my playthrough of the Mantis Shrimp. Went with the club action since they do insane damage when they hit with em. If act they kinda follow the same strat as Pistol Shrimp - though we got better vision and we can damage guys in far higher weight classes as a deterrent.

They just got bored of the well known servers and heard of an endless procedural universe out there. So they used the physic engine to their advantage to get up there :p

Problem is, the human build is made for terrestrial conditions. The human data miners have found that specimens that have ventured out of the terrestrial map quickly lose strength and mobility, not to mention that it costs an incredible amount of resources for them to avoid a game over. They are well on their way to unlock the next parts of the map, but I don't think they will really be viable in that environment anytime soon, at least not within any currently active human player's game time cap. Unless they manage to keep a save file in the virtual servers some data miners are trying to build, but that's another story

Humans are the only build that can break the 256 world height limit, although, human mains are still working on ways to exploit the secret Dev maps that they used to playtest the game before, like the map they call Mars, so that they can stay there permanently. And some are trying to TAS their way to the Asteroid belt in order to exploit the unadded mechanic that was in the game back before the open access beta of resources outside the map being collectable.

Jaw dropped at the Orca segment. That's such creativity. Inspiring, honestly.

tierzoo has a high int build with these transitions, or stealth...maybe both?

I'm sure someone else has said this: But Thresher sharks also use the same physics-breaking technique as the pistol and Mantis shrimps. By whipping their extremely long tailfin forward over their head, it moves at such a fast speed that it creates that shockwave, also called Cavitation bubbles by the community, creating an AOE effect in the groups of smaller fish, stunning or even outright killing those hit, and allowing them to be collected for EXP.

My favorite thing to do when playing as a bumble build bee class is to cheese the collision physics to actually fly I know that was discovered a long time ago but I just thought that was a perk you can buy at some point in the skill tree Just discovered the cheat recently Surprised it hasn't been patched yet

I understand I just hate sponsorships, nothing about them is interesting, entertaining, or 'real'. Just a part of the video that sucks compared to the rest imo. I am okay with them but only in the rare circumstance that the person actually uses and endorses the product separately from the making money part of it. I am personally much less likely to use a sponsor's product because it feels like someone is shoving their ad in my face. If I wanted your product I would seek out your product.

They use a whole continent for it but there are real specific conditions that need to be met before the patch starts running. I suppose the Server Used to be all PVP battleroyale before the Intelligence meta really came into its own.

Intelligence meta is hardly working what you see mostly is min/maxed charisma or speech builds. I think the battleroyale was abandoned when the guild system was rolled out, 1or 2 seasons and it was all faction war this faction war that...

Search for Pistol Shrimp or Mantis Shrimp. Their claws close so fast that they create a vacuum cavitation bubble or something, heating up the water to a few thousand degrees for an instant. They can fire literal Shoryukens from the claws, and have broken the glass in large aquarium tanks on several occasions

TheGokuend Only a couple crustaceans have unlocked that ability. It’s also only available so far to the shrimp subclass. Crab and lobster players can’t have that ability, but the claws can still inflict high damage with the right builds.

I know you don't normally look at single builds, but could you do a build analysis on the Platypus players? They take so many traits from completely unrelated skill trees, and somehow the build hasn't died out. I would love to see your opinion on them
