This beautiful little girl was so traumatised that she was afraid of everything, Ermioni was brilliant as always and gave her space and time to be on her own. So happy that she has been adopted and now has a proper loving home and a warm family, especially a mummy! God bless little one, only good times now

After 40 years plus of rescue, once such a dog is out of quarantine, the best thing to help lessen deep trauma, is to put dog in with a really laid back, happy, human loving dog. The traumatised dog watches happy, affectionate relationship with people and dogs learn from other dogs, when afraid or traumatised. Often, they will bond very closely with easy going, confident dog, and it is best that they get adopted together. A very confident and relaxed dog makes every potential problem halve in effort and time, to fix. In such a case, 2 dogs is a FAR easier prospect, than one traumatised dog to adopt.

What a gorgeous puppy! A Beagle! I wish I could have her...I had a Beagle once, she died of a heart murmur. They are wonderful dogs! Praise God for her rescuers and her forever home..💙💙💙💙

So incredibly sad for these innocents. Thank you Ermoni. Your actions are truly angelic. Btw she is such BEAUTIFUL dog, gorgeous and her character is sooo lovely so gentle. Such grace. It's amazing certain people cannot compare, yet they have their 'human' rights. Ohhhh a loving forevermore home for her. MAY her all her long life with her wonderful mum(thank you) her new family be filled with only joy love and health happiness and soft hugs.

What a beauty she is with those eyes and large silky ears. I do hope she can overcome her fears and learn to trust. Heaven knows what made her so scared. I have a rescue cat that took weeks for me to gain her trust. A lot of gentleness & patience on my part, but we got there. I have her son too, but he was a wee kitten when I adopted them so he had not been in the abusive situation having been born within hours of Mama being rescued.

These eyes...I cant't see them without crying.

I lost my breath when I saw the sadness in her eyes. Anybody who hurts an innocent animal should be booted off the earth.

So sad that someone would do that to such a sweet animal, it is awful to do that to any animal. Thank you all the people who helped this poor baby, especially DAR Animal Rescue for helping her realize that there are kind people that will help her. And the wonderful lady that adopted her, I was so happy to see that!! Have a wonderful life beautiful girl!!🥰🥰🥰

A good someone saw & stepped up to help. Being loved will help her feel safe, and maybe wag her tail. I checked & loosened my puppy collar every night, she grew & her fur grew fast. Your stories make me give my dog an extra hug & tell her she's loved. :)

Y tu que sabes si fue abandonado... Sabes perfectamente que un animal se puede perder no! 🤔😔 Un animal doméstico doméstico esté en la calle no quiere decir que sea abandonado y maltratado! Yo de pequeño perdí a una perra durante más de 1 mes por unos petardos entonces ahora me vas a acusar de abandono y maltrato venga va.
