I dont particularly like cross bows, had one as a child, BUT the biggest issue at the moment in UK is knife crime. Are we going to ban kitchen knives ? What about scissors ? Get a grip on banning everything. The police are currently walking around with devices that can stop your heart as a routine weapon and we see incidences where they abuse their use. Are we going to ban tasers ? We really should. AND there are quite a number of Police officers who should be banned. Most damage to society in general is done now by politicians, are we going to ban them ? They are taking us into World war 3 right now. Russia will defend itself.

One person does something so we should all be banned from owning or using something. I hate how people over react to these things and beg for more controls and restrictions on their lives. How happy we all seem to hand over our freedoms.

We’ve just had a handover of WEF/WHO control from Tories to Labour (see Russell Brand’s recent vid on Starmer). Tools are not the problem. Its some of the tools that use those tools. You can ban axes, hammers, chain saws, iron bars, fence posts, knives even the proverbial vampire stakes if you wish. Its never gonna stop someone intent on murder, with picking up anything they can use as a weapon and using it to do harm with. Besides....hows those firearms bans working out for you ? All you did was guarantee that only criminals who dont abide by such laws are tooled up. Who subsequently go on to terrorise the neighbourhoods that you thought was a good idea to disarm, while also removing the police who you decided would be their only means of protection. Or can we talk about the man who did this and the bizzare acceptance of this psychology and this sort of act? Instead they're banging on about how easy it to get a crossbow/gun online. These conversations always avoid talking about how these sort of men who are controlling and abusive, have become that way and how we can start seriously challenging that, instead of having to tell our daughters to be super vigilant around the men they intertact with (but not to seem supervigilant, otherwise you'll offend him and maybe make him angry)

Instead of banning crossbows, they should consider unbanning guns, so this woman could have defended herself. But what do I know?

Also why does the press all have different stories about what happened .One online newspaper stated that one of the victims sent a 999 call to alert the police , also when the killer left the murder scene ,he was seen walking down the street with another man . Then another online news paer stated it was the husband who made the 999 call when he arrived home and found his family dead , and showed a video of the killer walking back to his car alone .

Why do people play golf?

People here saying its the person not the tool without realising guns were the ultimate self defense tool. When we are in danger of being attacked, the police advice we shout and scream for help...

4:50 - I think the reason they're rare is because a firearm is normally acquired when you or your family is threatened by an entire gang, or when you're outnumbered. If you have to reload it after every shot, you're vulnerable for at least 10 seconds until you're ready to fire the second arrow.
