To sleep you have to crawl around on all fours like a dog, then climb up and down a ladder to go to the bathroom. And, why do these tiny home folks think that everybody wants to be distracted by weird music. Silence would be golden in these videos.

Whoa! Price is outrageous. Come to TX and buy a nice 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, 1/2 bath, and house is 18,000 sq ft for around $165,000.

Nope. Not worth the $220K. I’ve seen tiny homes much more functional, beautiful, luxurious and build with eco green materials for a whole lot less than $200K. That’s insane!

That's more than my three bedroom, 2 bath, 3 car garage house! Whoa.
Great attention to aesthetic details! Beautiful! (Only one thing that never works for me: a ladder to a bedroom. Not great in the middle of the night, or when you're tired.)

Yes, you say exactly what I wanna say... I like the idea of senior tiny house with land... Condo and Townhouse maintenance fee is gonna kill you financially, it keeps going up and up
This is so cute. Love the 2-sided fireplace to the outside. Give it a downstairs full queen size bedroom and sign me up!! Oh wait! $220.-No Way!!

No just all new materials and extras, and half of the price is labor.
Thought 'tiny house' was supposed to save money. As soon as someone hops on the 'gang wagon', the prices to have these things built are atrocious!!!!!!

Gorgeous indeed, one of the prettiest Tiny Homes I've seen on KZread! Love the traditional elements, the windows, the simplicity and the indoor/outdoor fireplace! Also LOVE the kitchen and the lighting, the Dutch door and window boxes! So refreshing after seeing just rectangular shoe box Tiny Homes! I like modern but it's nice to see a place so charming and cozy looking as well! I would add a bathtub if it didn't have one and did it have a washer /dryer, I didn't see that it had one. Thanks for sharing~

I love the color scheme ... so calming. Only thing I don’t like about these tiny houses is the crawling you have to do in the loft. As 58 year old, not going to be easy for me in the future and no way hubs can get up there. This would have to be my own personal space, a she-shed, I suppose, for my own personal use.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this tiny gem of a 🏠. I wouldn't change anything about it, and the layout looks as if it has Feng Shui elements to it🤗.

This is so gorgeous! I am in love with the outside deck and fireplace, the layout, only thing I would change is stairs instead of the little bench.

I can see myself living in this tiny home. Thank you for sharing. Beautiful! The stairs are a bit thin to use bare foot. I'll move in tomorrow if I could. In addition I'll build a study/studio/atelier away from the tiny! A shed with carport and a jet swimming pool so it will look like a tiny village. 😆 Nothing that a lottery ticket won't fix.. ..lol 😉!

They are only this much of they are top of the line, have popout, real fireplace, brand new everything, including expensive appliances. This is unreal for most people. Labor is about half the cost here, if you did it yourself, used salvage and construction overrun materials, Craigslist appliances, etc. You'd cut the cost way down. Also to his is way larger than most.
