I had a dream just now and in it I saw the words purity (some of the letters were replaced by symbols lol) and I've been listening to subliminals for a few days now so I decided to search up purity subliminal. I had a feeling that I was supposed to find your video.

It's been a few days since I first listened - I wanted to be sure about a result I've had before I commented. Every now and then, I will get a tight feeling in the middle of my chest, between the ribs area. Not sure what causes it, I've tried both heart and lung frequencies which can ease it but it seems to always return eventually. Since I first listened, the tension feeling in my chest has greatly lessened and I can breathe better. It's like an energetic pressure has evaporated.
