Absolute Black Graphene Pads Review
Спорт
I was enticed by the prospect of these brake pads. Therefore I forked out the money and bought a pair. I wanted to put them to the test and was lucky enough to spend some time in locations where I could test them.

I’m glad it could help
Appreciate your content! I also have these since I was doing the Maratona dles Dolomites, but didn't think they made a big difference from stock SRAM pads

Interesting. I only have experience with the Shimano pads so I won’t be able to judge for sram.
Absolute GIMMICK !

For me I wouldn’t say gimmick but as I said in the video. The stock Shimano are just so good, these are no better.
I have always wondered how good after market pads were. But I'm thinking of Jagwire pads specifically. There's no way any of these companies put more r&d on components than the likes of Shimano.

I don’t think so either. They Shimanos just work too well
I always replace Sram and Shimano brake pads with Swiss Stop, this brand is superior.

I replace them with Trickstuff ST pads. When I started, they were the same price as the standard Magura Pads but lasted twice as long. Nowadays the Trickstuff pads got noticeable more expensive, however the packaging of Trickstuff is cardboard which I prefer for both environmental reasons as well as ease of opening.
That's 0.1mm variance, not a full 1mm... Which is nothing in all reality.

You are right. I did get muddled up
Absolute Black prices have become ridiculous all around their products line up and these pads are no exception so I'll never buy them. In fact, even non-finned Shimano pads give you 90% of the Finned pads performance and cost about 10-15$ so just get whatever Shimano pads that fit your Shimano brakes unless you are descending a lot.
Way to expensive and no benefit There are other aftermarket pads like truck stuff from the mob world where u can really feel more breaking power but they also cost about the same if evt 5€ Moore then stock
